If I am not mistaken, This song was supposed to be the first part of a 3 part series of songs. “We’ll meet again” “Cemetary Gates” and one other that escapes me. 🤘🤘
One of those embellishments right before the second chorus sounds just like a piece of the solo on cemetery gates. I love dime. Wish I could’ve met him. What a damn KING
this has probably become one of my favorite solos from dime, which is saying something because i think every pantera record is nothing but perfection and his work in the studio and live is unmatched. but i think this one wins over them all
I couldn’t even think about having a favorite solo by Dime, until I found this gem….I was born in ‘89, so it took me a long time to finally discover this song, but when I did, holy ball sack…..the solo blew my head off. Along with Phil’s vocals, this is easily one of my favorite Pantera songs and DEFINITELY my favorite Dime solo. However, The Sleep, Avoid the Light and The Will to Survive are right up there as well
Floods has my favorite guitar solo of all time. I know a lot of people really like this one, but Floods blows it out of the water in my opinion. This one is great though.
Wow so many inventive fills with this one, very Randy Rhoads. Not his best version of the first solo but but he was really letting loose in this performance and it's excellent playing.
This is one of my favorite songs, but I fucks wit all of Pantera's creations!!!!! HAIL GODFATHER FOR THESE IMPOSSIBLY BADASS MOMENTS IN THE HISTORY OF HEAVY METAL!🦾🤘I want this played at my funeral a couple times
They should have kept this song alive. It totally doesn't fit in with the Cowboys From Hell and beyond era of their music, but it's just a really cool and catchy song. Plus everybody loves the Dime solo.
More people need to know about this song....Dime's solo....holy shit
HOLY SHIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIIT!!
Oh yes!
My favorite of theirs @scotttommasulo5512
At 2:22 he starts a lick that's almost similar to a lick used in the Cemetery Gates solo!
I think I know what you’re talking about man he plays that lick on the dime clinic video when he’s jamming to cemetery gates haha

I was so drunk this night i think i may have passed out in the bathroom stall lol
Lol , i was born this year....😂🤣😍😍😀😀
so jealous man, pantera playing a concert in the early days kicking ass, drunk as hell, seems like a good night
Nice!
Mom ?! 😂
Shii wish I was there😇
We’ll meet again is my favorite dime solo. Dude had soul and made his guitar moan and groan like no other.
My God dime... such an amazing live player!!!!
nobody understands how hard it is too play his riffs and not just play but gadamn sounds so good.
WE'll MEET AGAINNNN
Please don’t take Our Lord’s Name in vain. Peace!

Power Metal should be reissued, it's not without it's filler but the first side is pure genius. It needs to be herd.
@scotttommasulo5512yeah there’s quite a few slings off that album I dig too
AHHHH the pre cowboys albums are soooo underrated
Probably his best solo ever. It’s a tie between this one and the solo in floods
not to mention the riff and REx Vinski and Phil and it's in their hometown, so fucking righteous
Floods has my favorite guitar solo of all time. I know a lot of people really like this one, but Floods blows it out of the water in my opinion. This one is great though.
@@grizzlywhisker imo, cemetery gates solo is better.
Love the riff in this song and of course the solo! One of my favorite Pantera songs! Ashame they try and bury this masterpiece.
LEGENDARY, PANTERA
" until we meet again "
Amazing Song!!!
nr 1 solo
sometimes i feel like this would be me and my friends some day
Wow so many inventive fills with this one, very Randy Rhoads. Not his best version of the first solo but but he was really letting loose in this performance and it's excellent playing.
My favourite Pantera s song. Respect from Moscow🤘🏼
que hermosura de video, por siempre pantera, por siempre los hermanos abbott, por siempre dimebag darrell
Good old Bear Creek days. The fucking 80's were awesome.
5:09 look at Dimebag's posture. Heavenly
Awesome!!!
Long live the metal
That ending though!!
Solo so badass
I'm utterly convinced that Dime would have been a great guitar player in any genre.
Check out his solo album, really proves that!!!
@@G5XD I had no idea he had one. Does he?
@@jamesnorton7601 yes. It’s called “The Hitz.” I’m pretty sure. It’s got some great songs.
This was the best song ever.
Thank you for this channel! All amazing stuff!
PANTERA RULES!
Still the best band to ever grace the stage.
Immortal

My favorite album is for Sure VDOP but Power Metal is my 2nd.
So many Killer Tracks.
Rip dude then after this they got arrested for waking everyone up in the hotel lol
The way dime seemingly added new riffs on the run was so awesome. The synergy with his brother was super cool too
Dime bag was a good guitar player from the start . Wonder how he got so good
Great night. I think Stone Cold warmed up. Not sure. Underage but the beer kept aflowin’ and the light were a flashin’

Dime💜💪

Vinnie sounds awesome. And Dime obviously killed it as usual. This song could have been on Cowboys From Hell, honestly.
