I've built 40 bikes including 11 Orange County Choppers and motorizing them is a challenge every step of the way, but it can be done. Once you've done one follow the same pattern. I've sold all 40 except one that I kept being a red and chrome with 80cc. By now you know what I'm talking about. First thing is the special motor mount because with out it you can't install the motor. Hope I can find the second part of the video.
Good Idea. Didn't even think of that. Thanks. It's still hanging in the same place ready to be finished. Thanks for watching, and when you see NO sticker in the next episode, know that it was on your advise. Take care.
@@OlszkoolCustoms Yes. Sorry I missed your reply. It's all built now (practically). Now I'm just trying to figure out last touches. Question - does the back wheel spin independently of the pedal chain? im afraid i might cut my ankles off if i install a pedal chain lol
Those bikes are way too small for me, that's why I have never taken a interest in them, good-luck on whatever you decide to do with it, and thanks for sharing.

Haha thats funny, dads handing me down his stingray thats been hanging up in the garage for 10 years, so cant wait to put a motor on it
That is awesome! Be safe bro!
You only need the spacers on the hub adapter if you have a small hub.
I got one with a 100cc nice red one I'm on Facebook.
Sweet Bike bro I just built the same one
Did you use a motor mount kit?
Yes I ordered it
I just ordered the Motor Mount.
Nice bro
Didn't the picture online look like better quality? lol Mines barely even welded.
😎👍
He should take off that Stingray sticker

I'm going to JB Weld mine on a new Hub that I got this winter then it will not go anywhere plus I ordered some heavy-duty spokes for a new Rim I got
Another GREAT idea. Thanks Dean!
Did you ever find a bushing to fit i might just order the one made for 1 1/4 in if not
No, I wrapped the hub with a strip of Good year rubber roofing and cranked the clamp on.
Made the same mistake. Buying a different adapter now :(
Are you building a Stingray?

What year is your bike? Was there a large production of them?
I bought this in 2004 from Walmart. Probably yes.
What size tire and innertube is it
It says 20 x 4-1/4 on the side wall. Hope that helps you out.

I'm 6'3 250. You cannot be bigger then that?
