Ex-Apple employee here as well and after so many years on the iphone, I switched to Samsung and do not regret it. Agree with everything he said except I love the Galaxy watch :)
@@lime4609it’s not that much faster. The new watch 7 is perfectly fine performance wise. But what’s way more important, is that the galaxy watches are not very good at heart rate and sleep tracking. There is the pixel watch 2 for example which is better in every single category when it comes to tracking. And the Apple Watches have been by far the absolute best smart watch trackers on the market since the Apple Watch 6 I believe.
Been on Android forever and I'm still learning new things to do. That's Android. It can be simplified if you want but you have a choice, you can't say that about Apple.
I swapped my sim out of my S23 Ultra for the OnePlus 12 and OP watch 2, really liking so far but only three weeks in. Still have my iPhone 14 Pro as well. No plans to upgrade my iPhone or S23U. We should all, as consumers, enjoy the options and variety we have.
I switched to samsung years ago and dont regret it. I love the productivity and Multitasking of Samsung. Your free to use the phone the way you like instead of being so limited like apple.
I switched from Samsung Note 8 to 15 pro max, just because I wanted to try smth. new. But I have to commit that Samsung S24 Ultra would be defently a better decision. I can tell you, that IPhone has some smart things and a good synchronization and everything relating to that. But I am sure the Applications on Android like UA-cam, WhatsApp, Telegram and others, they have a newer look in my opinion. The IPhone reminds me on my Blackberry now, and as you know, the blackberry is the past not the future. How are doing with the camera of the Samsung? For example i like the cameras of the Iphone, but everything else i prefer the Samsung. I dont like the red color tones of the Samsung especially.
I disagree with the social media part even if there is a differenceits minor and not big enough to say " If you want social media get the iPhone" lol like i actually have both. Do a blind test and create vote section, you will be surprised which one people will pick. It was bad before but not any more especially from S24U. Great video
hi bro i have samsung s24 ultra and iphone 15 pro max i am apple fan from 7 years but when i see s24 ultra and i used it i really love it i sold my iphone 15 pro max and then whenever i was going outside example t gym or business areas everyone was usingiphone so i was thinking that i did mistake so i again bought iphone 15 pro max so now i am usingboth samsung as primary and iphone secondry but believe me samsung is way better then 15 pro max ii can tell you truth i am using my iphone 15 pro max just for people not for me for myself i am using s24 ultra , even in middle east we dont use imessage or face time nobody use but still people buying iphones but i understood if i remove apple from my mind samsung is 100 time better
The majority of people in this world are stupid especially with tech and Apple makes devices for those people. So once you've increased your intelligence enough to realize how much better Android is and switch over, you then have to deal with all the morons out there who are still using iPhones. I'm in the same position except I don't use an iPhone as a secondary device. If I mess up some group chat with the green bubble or who knows what else that's not my problem. I'm not the one who chose to buy an iphone. All that bullshit is an apple thing and their users can reap what they sow and deal with it.
I had an iPhone for 10 years, but in the last 12 months I traded in my 13 pro for the 15 plus because the 13 pro developed software glitches, and I use the phone for work and personal. The 15 plus had the same issues within 6 months of owning it. I switched to the S24U, and I'm loving it so far!
Oooh I'm excited to watch this. I'm deep into the Apple ecosystem but am planning on converting 100% by next year. Once IOS supports RCS messaging, I'm out.
Very well said ! Specially at the end about company dictating us how to use the phone. Very good example of if : 5x telephoto zoom. iPhone decides itself when to enable dedicated lens and when to use just crop and we can not influence it which is so annoying.
every 2 year i switch from android to ios and vica versa.. just got the S24U and i love it! The only thing i needed to get used to was the size of the S24U.
I have the galaxy note 10+ and it's not comfortable to hold and that annoys me, the S24 Ultra is just worse and because of that I'm considering the iPhone (the normal S24 and the plus both come with exynos in my region which is just trash 💩).
You say Apple only lets you use Apple watch. What planet are you on ? i’ve used Garmin & Polar watches as well as Apple watches with i phone for years.
Super objective review. I give you 5 stars ⭐️. Am an apple guy but am switching to Samsung. I just subscribed to your UA-cam channel now. You did an excellent job.
How are Samsungs in long term durability. I usually keep my phones for 5-6 years. Do they hold up as good as the iPhone? Because I haven’t had any issues with long term iPhones.
Thank you so much for the video and your honest opinion! I currently use an iPhone 14 pro and a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I will soon have to decide which device will be my daily phone. The video helped a lot!
My sister only has iPhones, so I got one so we could FaceTime. Five years ago I had 5s and recently the least expensive one. I also bought the watch, which I did like. After 3 months, I couldn't stand iOS anymore and gave it back to the carrier at a loss. I gave the watch 8 to my sister. I couldn't deal with no back button or multi tasking. So I got an A53, then A54. I think I am ready for a flagship, not sure which. Probably not the ultra, unless they can put the same capabilities into a smaller phone with round corners. Grainy screens under low light conditions, such as watching UA-cam in the dark, will make me wait for the 25 phones. Hopefully they will have solved it by then.
Don't compromise my friend! Get an Ultra and you'll thank me later. Yes, when you look at it, you may not like its square design, but I assure you that when you hold it in your hand and know that it is yours, you will fall in love with it. Do not forget that only Ultra has a pen, and this is something that is unique (besides a pen and other functions, it is also a remote control of your phone). As for that new Grainy screen...you can buy the S23-Ultra (which also has some advantages like 10-optical zoom) and it's practically the same as the 24 (with the new 6.1 update it now has A.I. the features of the 24) and doesn't have that grainy screen...and you can find it for quite a bit less. 😁 You will see that your life with a Samsung flagship is something completely different from anything you have experienced so far...
I'm watching this from my s23 Ultra and I'm so glad to hear you talk about one of the main reasons I prefer Android over iOS: Productivity. It's why I switched to Android to begin with, I switched to the Note 8 and Samsung phones have been my main phones ever since. On Android, I can get things done in a way I never could on iOS. I also like Samsung's One UI software too, and if I ever want to change it up I have so many customization options it's amazing, I have no complaints. Also, I used iOS exclusively for years and still use iOS for certain things and I've actually found iOS is less user friendly than Android. Maybe that's just me but I immediately noticed how much easier Android was for me to navigate and use when I switched. To me iOS is weird and not very intuitive. I do still have an iPhone in my life because of how dominant iMessage is in the United States and I prefer the Apple Watch over Android smartwatches as of the time of me writing this comment, but for me? Android and specifically Samsung is objectively far better for my needs overall. When Android's smartwatches catch up to the Apple Watch I am probably going to go all Android permanently.
Unless you are a blogger or vlogger or your job requires alot of video recording or heavy into social media ... iPhones shouldn't be ur main option. The flexibility that comes with andriod alone as an OS is useful then add that to flexibility and extra customization that Samsung galaxy provides even better.. people who use iPhones like the predictability and certainty so i understand that feeling too
I had a Note 9 and recently upgraded to the S24 Ultra, I got use to the S Pen remote features in the Note 9 and now they are even better in the S24 Ultra, I will not get a phone without an S Pen now.
I have both and if it wasn’t for my kid going to college I would stay with Samsung. The s24 is the best phone out to date no questions asked. The only problem with these reviews is that we are always comparing apples to oranges! The iPhone 16 and s24 ultra should be the real comparison. I enjoy using both and apple is simplistic, reliable and built to last no questions asked. with all that said the s24 is truly the best work phone and productivity beast. You can’t lose no matter what you choose but if I had to pick I would go s24 ultra.
I switched to iPhone a year ago and can't handle it. The back button, the share options , the multi language keyboard, the multitasking, the phone gallery, etc. I felt in a jail. Maybe I'll try again in the future. Windows compatibility is also better with Samsung. And for share files I use nearby (smart share) by share, it is a great solution. I'm not in the AI but I will try it. Thanks and great video.
After my Iphone 13 i bought a S23 Ultra because i just wanted to try android and the Ultra looked awsome. I had to get used to it but that only took my a couple of days, i had it for 4 months and i must say i liked that phone. So why i wrote “ liked” ? Well i dropped it last week and the screen broke. Instead of repair i sold it for a good price to someone that will repair it. So atm i got money from my insurance and from the person who bought my Samsung. But…..now i went back to my Iphone 13 because it is my backup phone, i have to be honest that it feels like putting on my comfort shoes again after wearing newer sneakers the last couple of months. It feels safe, simpel and effective and that takes me back to making a choice, do i buy a newer model Iphone or will i buy a Android (im thinking off a Iphone 15 pro max or S24 Ultra. Watching this video didnt make me decide yet but hearing the reason why you want one or the other did give me some pointers, thank you for that. The problem with the square shaped phones is that, in my opinion, they are more fragile for fall damage because of the sharp corners instead of the round corners on the Iphone. The S23 Ultra is my first phone ever that broke from falling 10 cm height, even being in a good cover and having a spigen screen protector. I guess…i could have been just unlucky but still i think i would prefer round edges instead of square. Wishing you the best from the Netherlands, nice video thx!!
Switched back to Iphone after 7 years of using Samsung flagships only. I got tired of terrible and unreliable camera software, weak vibration (S23U) and "we'll fix it with updates" lies. Can't get a decent pic of moving subject, can't feel a call if phone is in your pocket, and there is always everything that needs to be fixed. On 1000+ bucks device ? No, thank you. My only regret is not doing it earlier.
@@MadeByCrisYT well yeah, the only thing I miss is split screen feature but with all of the benefits (from notifications not being late to good vibration/sound and resell price (no trade in in my country)) I'm 100% positive I will not use any Samsung device in near future. Waited 10 months for software updates to "fix" basic things on my S23U.
@@cheesecake4you yeah, but video was at least usable. But shutter lag... oh man, I've deleted 100 times more pictures (totally unusable) compared to what remained in my gallery. I agree with you. Unfortunately, this has not been the case for the past few years. I’m not surprised, though. When you have a numbers person running the company, you have the most valuable company in the world, not the most innovative.
I am a very long time android user. My last three phones have been Samsung. To add a counterpoint to one of your early comments in the video. These days most android phones by most manufacturers use a skinned version of android. For example all Samsung phones run one ui. If you want a phone that runs plain android you want to get a Google pixel phone.

The back gesture is literally my main reason I don't like iphones But I'd really like to see a video on actually how each social media apps (Instagram, whatsapp) are better on the iphone because i dont use them that much so when i use them they both have the features that I use so I don't really notice how different they are. (and if they don't have some features on android, I download modded apps that have features that the main Instagram app doesnt even allow) I hope you make such a video because nothing like that exists on youtube
I only use UA-cam so similarly have no idea and don't really care but wonder how life changing it is to some as I see it mentioned. Maybe this is more important than choice and functionality to some, though I think most are oblivious to what's out there though
I agree with everything except Google. I don't like google and I work for the state and everything is PC/Windows. I would like the option when byeing the phone to either have a Samsung google and/or the option for a Windows/Samsung based without google in the phone nativly.
A heads up as a Flip 5 user the front cover screen will lose it's appeal after a month especially when a usual screen is needed (95% of the time) I now wish I went the Z Fold for a tablet experience including an S pen for Note taking. I am considering the Ultra BUT it's too large in my small hand to operate one handed. The remote / candybar closed form factor of the Z Fold will suit me much better. Although in saying that the new Pixel 9 Pro Fold's releaee later in the year looks to be the better overall pick due to it's design and form factor
Can't agree with audio quality, because of codecs, LDAC is on the S24, so it's not right just to compare the speakers of you're going to use hi res audio buds or headphones.
Me watching on S24U and reading email at the same and texting on messenger at the same time. I like the productivity and the capability of this phone. I switched from 14 pro max beginning of last year and man let me tell you. It feel amazing, sometimes i feel a little anxious in my social environment to say i use android because everyone has iphone, but regardless i say proudly samsung guy, and say can your phone make QR codes from wifi password and all of them will say NO. Ok do not say your phone is better than mine. Enough side joke, honestly i do not think i will touch an apple product again and now that we are hearing issues about software update. I like the pictures on the s24u and on social media i think samsung came better with the features and i am looking forward to the s25u. Samsung is going to burry apple to the ground
S23 ultra S24 ultra are the best phones on the market hands down with iPhone it takes more to do less You have to do so many more steps to get the same results on Samsung on Android and with Samsung you're free to do whatever it is you want and it's endless how could you say Apple is the best when it's very limited and you're stuck behind a wall Samsung man is incredible
good video but as an editor and a vfx artist, i really don't agree with when people say iphone has better video, like iphone has the worst color science i've ever seen on any flagship phone, it never produces decent skin tones. the only 'pros' i've seen use the iphone footage for any pro work, they always use the pro res which is a lot much for most people.
The fluidity and screen touch accuracy of galaxy watch always behind compared to apple watch. Not just you. But youre right about samsung innovation and im always excited to work here everyday
Can you use smartswitch and will it move all your data to samsung. I never hear anything about music can you move your songs from iphone to samsung. My favorite thing of the s24 u is s pen. I had a note 3 I got and used it as a table top device. I was using my iphone 4s for daily use. Thats when the carriers let you get new phone for free. I wanted to learn android. I think that was by far one of my favorite devices. Only problem back then I never got operating update. Since they have changed that sounds like you get updates similar to apple. I presently own 14 pro max, I feel like I was left out to dry by not being able to get ai on iphone. Then this rollout of iphone 16 pro max with incomplete product. I really like my iwatch. I think Im going to wait till roll out of s25 ultra next year as to making any descions. I believed smart switch works flawlessly but I cant remember using it from apple to android. Great Video. I see even on safari it has ai integration. Im beginning to think some features on Iphone are focusing on professionals and dedicated photographers. The 2 new buttons to me are just short cut buttons that the everyday users wont use.
My first smartphone was a Nokia Windows phone and when I found out that they were going to stop making them I looked at Android and Apple. I asked owners what they didn't like about their phones and after some thought I went with Android. My first Android was a Samsung Galaxy Lite which has features they're not putting in today's phone. I learned about homescreen looping from Samsung yet it's not built-in today's User Interface. Samsung's high-end phones also lack some features their less expensive models have. What's wrong with that picture?
@@MadeByCrisYT, fortunately there are Nova Launcher and Microsoft Launcher. The s24 ultra is far superior with the s pen gestures and utilization when my fingers get tired and for photos from a distance , Samsung health w blood pressure monitor records and fitness charts , Samsung flow , Dex , Samsung Smart View, Samsung TV , wireless projection , 10 x zoom , excellent battery , copy paste clipboard and ability to switch between gboard and samsung board both amazing, thermal cooling and superb performance on low battery mode , emulator gaming way beyond the iPhone 15 pro expensive gaming , superior multi tasking with exclusive edge panel up to 3 apps at a time , superior in screen fingerprint scanner etc . Also my s23 ultra has dynamic island, and you can download anything from anywhere. Samsung and the other Android like Google and Huawei and Xiaomi offer far more innovation like foldables and make some of the best most fun and productive phones I've ever used. Its mind blowing people still don't realize Samsung, Huawei, Xiaomi, Honor magic, Google , One Plus, and Red Magic are superior to IOS , I started with ios and Android changed my life years ago.
Samsung is the top android choice for me. I just swithed to apple because a lot of reasons. I found out apple is a lot more smooth, refined and well integrated when it comes to apps and features. I have S23 and 15 pro. On apple I like that NFC turns off after use. That the speakers sounds good and rich, the smoothness of the titanium build, the camera is great, like said before its all smooth, refined, and well integrated. On samsung I loved the dex mode, the one hand use, the notification bar swipe down, brighter display. Where I dont like apple is when it comes to tablets. Samsung use almost the whole screen, where apple dont. But I respected apple for creating the ipad and iphone mini. Wish they continued that. The reason I left samsung, is because they copied apple too much, and that they switch between snapdragon and exynos. I hate exynos as its the same price but less power, and it more often stop working. I hate that there is the galaxy store and google store. Its too much packed in without being refined and well integrated so it quickly is more a frustration for me.
@@MadeByCrisYT nope. I dont like the middle crease, and the screen can get damaged by fingernail. But hopefully in a few years. Maybe I would try the oneplus open.
With apps working better on iphone is not the Samsung phones problem its the app developers. The phone is capable to function like the iphone. Its just the developers only caring about the iphone
I think the main challenge for Android is the number of devices. It's hard to optimize apps for so many devices and so many form factors, but yes, I agree with you, the phone is MORE than capable.
I love you enthusiasm bro I love your reaction by this by this you will not regret it you Apple fools are stuck behind a wall garden You're not experiencing life That's basically what I got out of it You want the best you got to buy the best in that Samsung keep kicking ass bro I can't wait to hear from you more about your experiences on this side of things😅
Productivity is better on Galaxy phone due to multitasking and usage of multiple apps not tied up like iPhone. AI is coming to the iPhone. We will see how it will be implemented. Clipboard on the keyboard is cool. DEX is nice but Apple users mostly have a MacBook or Mac. Using the S pen to write on your phone is nice. Workouts on the Apple watch does detect you are done with a workout. It takes time. Maybe goes by movement and heart rate. Cameras are negligible on both phones. Video is still better on iPhone. Display does pop more on Galaxy phone. Music or audio sounds better on iPhone. Social media apps are better on iPhone. Design been much the same on Galaxy phones and iPhones. Of course, you're going to have choices in the Android world. There are millions of phones. Samsung throws things on the walls and see if it works or customers adopt. Being first is not always a good thing. If that was the case, iPhone market would be in the dumps by now. I do hope Apple does open up their products for consumers to decide how to use our phones. I started with Android phones then switched over to iPhone with the 7 Plus. Samsung is doing things I would switch eventually but I want to see what Apple has planned this coming WWDC in June. Great video.
Great video. Very impartial and factual. iOS will be better for some and Android better for others. Productivity can mean different things to different people as well, but i agree with your explanation/definition. Again, it's a great video. Thanks!
If it helps, I was still using an S20 last year, so it was 3 years old. Didn't have any slow down. These new phones are even more powerful and meant to last, so i don't see a problem getting 5 years.
I love watching these types of videos only to look at the disparity from both sides’ comment section. Apple’s comment section is majority “I love my iPhone”, whilst Android comment section is usually “Apple fanboys this and Apple sheep that” and a bunch name calling to ultimately say I love my Android. Bro the insecurity oozes from each comment as if you almost seem to HAVE to degrade iPhone user to justify an Android purchase. ITS A PHONE!!! Who gives AF!! Also men lie, women lie, number don’t…and there are clearly more users switching TO iPhone vs the other way around. And let’s not even talk about Gen Z numbers. 😂
@@MadeByCrisYT but for some that is. When you seen what UA-camrs are posting is the comparison of the two, no one wants to speak about what it really is like to have two variants. One excels where the other fails, and to some of us that’s a big deal. It would be awesome to finally see a video where we can have “ A day in the life of using both flagship phones” .
You're nicer than I am lol. I have no problem with people using both phones for their strengths and I know people myself who do that. But it shouldn't have to be that way. For me I have a fold 5 because being an IT person I know that one side is way ahead and way superior over the other side and when I mess up a group chat with the green bubble I don't care. A lot of these issues happen because Apple could do better but they very deliberately choose not to for all the wrong reasons which is why they're currently being sued by the doj. What I do have a problem with, and sadly this is way more common than it should be, is people buying phones without knowing how good they are. This is particularly a problem with iPhone users as a lot of them are blindly loyal and totally ignorant of the truth and they just buy Apple for the brand and they have no clue how good the phone actually is which is a good thing for Apple because iPhones are basically obsolete junk. And an extension of this is when the blind lead the blind and someone gets an iPhone because all their friends and family told them to. That's the most common one that I hear and it's like great I bet a million dollars that none of those people even know what they're talking about.
@@soccerty1214 I happen to have been a longtime iPhone user and this time around I hate the Samsung 23 Ultra a try and I absolutely love it. It’s given me a different perspective of what most of us iPhone people ignore and overlook. As much as I do love Samsung, or come to love, I still love the simplicity or smoothness it provides and I feel like the ultimate phone is one that will encompass what both have fused together. You will notice that certain things that Samsung or Android has been done for years once introduced to apple seems to work well and nearly flawless. Am not yet swayed over one or the other, I don’t mind both platforms.
Auto correct or AI stuff is great when you type in english, but it's really annoying when you use different language and it auto corrects it to english😊

@@Coolbreeze117 just like you don't have to own a car to experience how it drives, it's even simpler to achieve this in basic tech devices like phones, especially when ones partner has one and you use it at times. I get it that the Samsung has lots of flexibility and all that niche, the video on the iPhone’s is way better, the 15 pro max shoots log videos, the stability and consistency of Apple ecosystem is better, yes Samsung takes over saturated photos, but we all know iPhone is about quality and not quantity

What you said about the Samsung watch is actually true, it's a laggy experience because it's not well optimized and when it comes to social media I've noticed that photos look very dark on Instagram and Snapchat meanwhile on Samsung they look warmer (personally I like them warmer) but videos tend to be better on iphone, specially on WhatsApp. I'm kinda disappointed with the Samsung due to the bad battery life, around 4-5 hours of screen on time in a mix of data and WiFi is outrageous at this price and every UA-camr is claiming how good it is

Wow. Such a good explanation. I'm glad you're enjoying the Samsung s24 ultra.
So true man! Fully agree with all your findings! I was Iphone user but since Ultra-Note came out, then Fold, Samsung is productivity king!
I did the same thing , switched from a 15 Pro Max to a S24 Ultra
Truly amazing phone
I switched from Samsung Note 8 to 15 pro max, just because I wanted to try smth. new. But I have to commit that Samsung S24 Ultra would be defently a better decision. I can tell you, that IPhone has some smart things and a good synchronization and everything relating to that. But I am sure the Applications on Android like UA-cam, WhatsApp, Telegram and others, they have a newer look in my opinion. The IPhone reminds me on my Blackberry now, and as you know, the blackberry is the past not the future. So, I will try to get in love what IPhone is know better for, but even the keyboard here (is so bad) me a lot, it has bad comma and dot accessibilty and it feels sometime slow as well. And as I said, I do not come from the Samsung 24 but from Note 8, and the display is not that clear and crispy as in Note 8 :) I hope Apple will quickly do something to be the best again or they end up as Blackberry. For now I would recommend the S24 Ultra, with 100% guarentee.
Great video
Will probably do one soon!
nah there's a pretty big difference as far as that goes. It's definitely not as smooth as my past iPhone.
hi bro i have samsung s24 ultra and iphone 15 pro max i am apple fan from 7 years but when i see s24 ultra and i used it i really love it i sold my iphone 15 pro max and then whenever i was going outside example t gym or business areas everyone was usingiphone so i was thinking that i did mistake so i again bought iphone 15 pro max so now i am usingboth samsung as primary and iphone secondry but believe me samsung is way better then 15 pro max ii can tell you truth i am using my iphone 15 pro max just for people not for me for myself i am using s24 ultra ,
even in middle east we dont use imessage or face time nobody use but still people buying iphones but i understood if i remove apple from my mind samsung is 100 time better
Wrong, neither is Bethany the other, it's all perspective and use.
You’re right. I noticed the half a second notification. It doesn’t bother me but, I found it weird
Watching on my S24 ultra! 😊
Nice!!
Me to got my s24 ultra on Monday and I'm loving it
The back gesture is the best gesture of it all!
So next week
Well spoken mate. Keep up the content
Worst mistake I made was buying a iPhone 12 after my galaxy s9 broke I definitely looking into getting a s24 ultra
Join us! 😅
You listened to people 😂
I made the same mistake i bought the 13 pro max after my s21 ultra broke im definitely switching back to Samsung when the s25 ultra
I think you’re spot on brother
Great informative video that has more detail then other more established creators on YT
You can "go back" on the iPhone. You just have to start to swipe from the left edge of the screen in the other direction.
I know, but not as you can do with the Samsung
not in every situation
You say Apple only lets you use Apple watch. What planet are you on ? i’ve used Garmin & Polar watches as well as Apple watches with i phone for years.
S24 ultra is a beast I love it, but can't let go my 15 pro max
Super objective review. I give you 5 stars ⭐️. Am an apple guy but am switching to Samsung. I just subscribed to your UA-cam channel now. You did an excellent job.
Thank you so much! I appreciate you, and thanks for subscribing :)
Which one should I go for Google pixel or Samsung Galaxy 🙏🙏🙏🙏
Also previous Jobs employee and now I use my iPhone as a cup holder. I don’t regret switching to Samsung
How are Samsungs in long term durability. I usually keep my phones for 5-6 years. Do they hold up as good as the iPhone? Because I haven’t had any issues with long term iPhones.
I see some people in the comments still using 4 to 5 years old devices, which is good.
Great comparison i thought about getting the 15 pro max but decided to go for the s24 ultra and so happy i did. Liked and subscribed 👍
Thank you!
Thank you so much for the video and your honest opinion!
I currently use an iPhone 14 pro and a Samsung Galaxy S24 Ultra. I will soon have to decide which device will be my daily phone. The video helped a lot!
I'm glad this video helped you :)
S24 ultra is the way
I'm watching this from my s23 Ultra and I'm so glad to hear you talk about one of the main reasons I prefer Android over iOS: Productivity.
I truly hope the next generation of Android smartwatches gets a significant upgrade, and I agree with everything you said.
Unless you are a blogger or vlogger or your job requires alot of video recording or heavy into social media ... iPhones shouldn't be ur main option. The flexibility that comes with andriod alone as an OS is useful then add that to flexibility and extra customization that Samsung galaxy provides even better.. people who use iPhones like the predictability and certainty so i understand that feeling too
Sorry, I tried the Korean brand a couple of times but finally decided to stay with the iPhone. It's American as apple pie...so to speak.
The real comparison if to test the latest models available from each brand, not imagining things that doesn't even exist yet
They always finish comparing the ecosystem no the phones head to head
I switched to iPhone a year ago and can't handle it. The back button, the share options , the multi language keyboard, the multitasking, the phone gallery, etc. I felt in a jail. Maybe I'll try again in the future. Windows compatibility is also better with Samsung. And for share files I use nearby (smart share) by share, it is a great solution. I'm not in the AI but I will try it. Thanks and great video.
The splitscreen and clipboard is such a killer in Samsung.
Wishing you the best from the Netherlands, nice video thx!!
also switched since 2 weeks the freedom is amazing
Switched back to Iphone after 7 years of using Samsung flagships only. I got tired of terrible and unreliable camera software, weak vibration (S23U) and "we'll fix it with updates" lies. Can't get a decent pic of moving subject, can't feel a call if phone is in your pocket, and there is always everything that needs to be fixed. On 1000+ bucks device ? No, thank you. My only regret is not doing it earlier.
If you're happy with it, that's all that matters.
I had the s23 ultra, and I have to agree the video quality sucked.
My s24 ultra is fantastic, no regret sat all.
@@cheesecake4you yeah, but video was at least usable. But shutter lag... oh man, I've deleted 100 times more pictures (totally unusable) compared to what remained in my gallery. I'm glad that S24U is better, but from what I've seen on forums and from some friends that had it, it's pretty much the same (or even worse then S23U). "We'll fix it with updates" which never happens
My last samsung device was the note 20 ultra and switched to IOS and now never going back to android
*I switched to s24 ultra coz I know if I buy 15 pro max, I would have the same experience.*
As someone who has known Apple since the very first Macintosh in 1984, Apple has been as innovative, groundbreakingly so, with Steve Jobs at the helm.
I agree with you. Unfortunately, this has not been the case for the past few years. I’m not surprised, though. When you have a numbers person running the company, you have the most valuable company in the world, not the most innovative.
Let the life flowing with great Galaxy S24 Ultra. Amazing phone
Wait till you find out about good lock modules in the samsung store.
😮

The price is the same but Samsung has way more discounts and offers to get it for less $
True
The back gesture is literally my main reason I don't like iphones
But I'd really like to see a video on actually how each social media apps (Instagram, whatsapp) are better on the iphone because i dont use them that much so when i use them they both have the features that I use so I don't really notice how different they are.
(and if they don't have some features on android, I download modded apps that have features that the main Instagram app doesnt even allow)
I hope you make such a video because nothing like that exists on youtube
Will probably do a comparison, thanks for the idea!
I was thinking about the same thing. The only thing about Google is the hardware support. I've heard some really bad things about it.
Just selled my iphone 14 pro max and ordered new s24 ultra. Can't wait 😂
You won't be disappointed!
I like you're way of thinking
Can't agree with audio quality, because of codecs, LDAC is on the S24, so it's not right just to compare the speakers of you're going to use hi res audio buds or headphones.
I don’t believe you’re limited when it comes to handling business on an iPhone. 👀
How so?
Exactly, most companies use iphones exclusively just for business.
But my main concern is Samsung's display burn issue. There was lot of issues over there on s20 series s20 ultra has the major display line issues.
I think they have fixed that
that issue is fixed i have galaxy s22 ultra for 2 years sumthing now. no issie like that.
That's very interesting, didn't know that
The fluidity and screen touch accuracy of galaxy watch always behind compared to apple watch. Not just you. But youre right about samsung innovation and im always excited to work here everyday
Brilliant review 🙌🏽
Your video made me want to switch to samsung phone🔥
My last iphone was iphone 5........previous was android and after was android....i wonder how i'd feel switching TO iphone after all this time.....
Moving music is easy. Just log in with the App you use
Samsung really needs Ultra versions of the flip and fold 👀
That would be SO AMAZING
Quick share also works the same way.
That's a really good question. I think they see how "high-end users" use their phones and decide what to do accordingly
@@MadeByCrisYT, fortunately there are Nova Launcher and Microsoft Launcher. I recently watched a video where the guy was saying he'd had a few issues with lagging on his Samsung and after he installed and started Nova Launcher it cleared up. Whenever I tried a non LG phone I had to install one of the launchers to use it like I did LG. I've been using Microsoft Launcher for some years now...
Quick share is built into samsung no other app needed
underrated channel. great work, keep it up
I appreciate you!
S24 ultra is the best phone so far 🎉
Is it true that you loose picture quality when sending a picture from android? I have an iPhone and that doesn’t happen between them, I know it used to be like that before. Thank you
Be more specific. like sending picture through what service
It depends on what you use. Generally speaking no, but if you use WhatsApp for example you might.
@@MadeByCrisYT I don’t really know now, but a few years back, when someone with an android sent me a picture as a text message, it would show on my iPhone with terrible quality
Yes it is, the quality gets compressed. With the new rcs update with ios 18 will fix that
@@fix-itfelixllc5288 samsung's quickshare is really amazing to send files to both worlds. It uploads the file temporarily on a server and u get a link to download it with original quality.
Subbed. 🎉
Welcome!
Did you have the Grainy Display Issue? Lot of people saying The display is a big issue in s24u
Not at all. My display is fine
@@MadeByCrisYT Did you try it in Dark Mode and Lower Brightness less 10%
Bad thing about Samsung u can’t use AirPods and all that stuff is like you have buy new earbuds and a watch ? I think is waste of money to buy that
Airpods are compatible with Samsung phones
Great Video thank you 💯👍🏻
professional review
I like side loading some of my favorite apps on android. You can't do that, that's the sole reason I am on Android.
Have you ever tried thr Z Fold?
@@MadeByCrisYT nope. I dont like the middle crease, and the screen can get damaged by fingernail. But hopefully in a few years. Maybe I would try the oneplus open.
Did you try quick share
For 14GB not the best choice
Great review!!
Thank you John!
Samsung forever!!
Hallelujah brother...Samsung until the sun no longer shines and the moon is gone...
😂
Thank you! And yes, I will post more videos about this!
I appreciate your comment:)
Great video. Very impartial and factual. iOS will be better for some and Android better for others. Productivity can mean different things to different people as well, but i agree with your explanation/definition.
Again, it's a great video. Thanks!
Thanks Chris!
Does the ultra lag after 3 years? I keep phones for 5 years
I'm not sure I guess only time will tell
If it helps, I was still using an S20 last year, so it was 3 years old. Didn't have any slow down. These new phones are even more powerful and meant to last, so i don't see a problem getting 5 years.
My s10 is full internally and no lag or slowing down.
It will lag a lot sooner than that!
@jackdominiak445 so he just just ignore the two examples given by people that actually use the phones?
Do you have a link to the source of those numbers? I'd like to make a video on that
Why can’t we have both???? They are different, each having their own unique characteristics. I have both and I am not gonna subject myself to one.
I agree, but for some people that's not an option
@@MadeByCrisYT but for some that is.
When you seen what UA-camrs are posting is the comparison of the two, no one wants to speak about what it really is like to have two variants. One excels where the other fails, and to some of us that’s a big deal. It would be awesome to finally see a video where we can have “ A day in the life of using both flagship phones” .
That's actually a VERY good idea. I'll work on it :)

I happen to have been a longtime iPhone user and this time around I hate the Samsung 23 Ultra a try and I absolutely love it.
The Xiaomi is close enough
Yet again worlds apart. I had xiaomi and its not even competition
It's mind blowing how such a restricted OS is so inconsistent in navigation 🤦♂️
It's surely just an internal Apple joke along with other simple things just to enjoy manipulating their users 🤷♂️
@@Coolbreeze117 just like you don't have to own a car to experience how it drives, it's even simpler to achieve this in basic tech devices like phones, especially when ones partner has one and you use it at times. Correct, don't one , but have driven. If you want to argue that there isn't some odd stark inconsistencies in navigation then I'd ponder have you owned or used? 🤷♂️ . It's hardly intuitive
spot on loving your videos
Thank you!!
pixel 8 pro brother, I'm a pixel fan... not a fan boy lmao I'm a photographer so it does that no problem
The design of the pixel is top notch!
They are both great phones. I got the s24U from iphone 11. I wanted the 15 pro max but was too pricey. I can swop if I get an opportunity but am also happy with the s24U
Just get a Garmin Venu 3 instead. Fantastic and accurate health watch.
I will have to test the Garmin!
