    You've just gained a new subscriber. I've been experimenting with intermitten fasting for the last few days and this video just helped me put so many things together. I would love to see a more extended version of this, like "what i eat in a week" as that would put even more perspective on this. Keep killing it brother!

    This diet helped me a lot! Although, I sometimes crave for unhealthy foods, but I have to keep myself on track!

    I tried the diet of Alex Becker (youtuber) with powders (meal replacement) and have to say, it gives after a 30-60 min digestion nice steady focused energy for 4-5 hours. Its really a fast way to eat. I drink usually some japanese sencha tea while working, its low in caffeine. I use vegan meal replacements from The Protein Works(UK), Saturo(austria) or Bulk .com (uk)
