Stockfish judges moves as if it was Stockfish vs Stockfish playing chess. Levy judges moves as if it was two humans playing chess. You can't even compare the two.

The main thing is if you play a 15 minute game and every move you make in 2 seconds that’s dumb, however you also don’t want a spend a lot of time on one move in a bad position because you’re only advantage is time. Both of these can be true simultaneously
If you played it quickly, you didn't think hard enough and that's why. If you spent time, you're just bad at chess because all that time didn't even enable you to play a good move.

As a 700-800 player, I can vouch for an ending like that. Being up 23 points, having taken your opponent’s entire army and then losing because you didn’t notice you were in a position of checkmate with the one piece they had left.
