How to Edit Animations Using Control Rig EASY - Unreal Engine Tutorial FAST & SIMPLE

- In this TUTORIAL, I show the QUICK and EAST Unreal Engine way to edit Animations (such as looping character animations) in UE 5 and UE 4 using Control Rig.
This is the process I am using for my short film in UE5.2 by using my custom Control Rigs for my characters and animating them in Level Sequences.
REQUIREMENTS: Whether you're using Unreal Engine 4 or 5, as long as you've got the Control Rig plugin enabled or the Control Rig character from the marketplace, you're good to go.

Great idea. That is tough for sure. for me it is mostly just key framing and eyeballing it. But I can go further in-depth in a future video.
Im curious if you can make a Arm or leg point to a direction at all times, lets say i have a grappling hook and i want the arm to face whatever point its stuck on?

thanks. but baked to control rig couldn't find my rig, very weird. any idea?
I believe baking it to control rig makes an animation sequence. You will want to look for the animation sequence. Also when you bake to control rig it should give you an option of where to save the animation sequence and what to name it (this should make it easier to find) 👍🏻

Great Tutorial, thanks for sharing.
However, I found it very time-consuming to get the knowledge from this tutorial.
Cut the redundant scenes of your close-up shots:
Stay in the lower right corner unless needed; Viewers watching this are typically interested in “HOW”
Try to focus on your interaction with the UE editor instead.
Not so much or none with the viewer.
Make it clear to the viewers “What” you are doing on the editor, pause a little bit for each step of the process.

I think so. Not sure. Will look into it. Yes that’s a great idea to edit mixamo animations for your own films or games.
