- Hello everyone, this time I made a non-oven layered bread that is crunchy on the outside but soft on the inside, anyone can make it, it's really delicious, the savory butter taste combined with the sweet chocolate sprinkles.

1 dough
125 grams of salted butter
200 grams of all-purpose flour
2 dough
250 grams of all-purpose flour
25 grams of salted butter
5 grams sugar (1 full teaspoon sugar)
2.5 grams yeast (nearly 1 teaspoon)
140 grams of warm water (Pour gradually so that the dough is not too sticky)
Chocolate sprinkles or chocolate chips as filling for bread (according to your taste)

@@nottobe5597 I'm sure you could bake these, but the cooking method shown is very simple, so I'd stick with that. A different cooking method would likely change the outside texture. You could always cut the dough in half and fry some and bake some, then decide which you prefer.

I've made this for decades. If you want it extra flaky before you roll up the dough brush the top with a mixture of oil and flour. Use a pastry brush to make a layer of the mixture all over the the dough just before you roll it up like a jelly roll.
