You absolutely are! But rules are meant to be broken! I started mixing it all in the same bowl years ago. If you sprinkle the baking powder, soda, and salt evenly over the liquid it will mix in evenly. I have noticed zero difference and I save washing a bowl!
I will try yours. , I'm Australian born 59 , we grew up with a very thin pancake, we made quite big , rolled up with brown sugar and butter , lost my old receipe book , also we had a piklet, the only difference was SR flour was used , can't find one video that is similar in Australia 😅😅😅
That sounds amazing! We almost always make thin pancakes too! I have a recipe for them as well, they are kind of half pancake half crepe. I usually mash up bananas or put apple sauce in them to make them extra flavourful! Hope they are what you've been looking for!
I normally use buttermilk and s/r flour

I believe a single recipe made 10 pancakes. My kids are only able to eat one but adults would probably be happy with two, depending if you are serving them with fruit, bacon or sausage. Hope you enjoy them!
