Not saying that your research isnt correct, but i would just like to add, that recently there has actually been made medicine which helps weight loss. My dad who is overweight (not really anymore) uses this and has lost about 15kg in 3 months. To me it almost feels like he's 'cheating', but it seems to make my dad happy, so i dont really care.
But is it safe to consume? What are the side effects of the medicine
@@noevanitas4940 Tbh i dont know much about it. From what my dad has told me, it basically makes you feel full from less food. Sometimes he can barely eat much at dinner, if he has eaten something not too long before that, but its not in an unhealthy way. Before the medicine he would always eat a lot more. Its made from danish pharmaceutical company NovoNordisk. There medicine has made the rounds in media, but its not cheap and in some countries you can only get it after going to a doctor/prescribed.
My right shoulders is stronger and has slightly more muscle definition than the left. I play football and I’m a qb. I use my right hand to throw which gives my right shoulder an advantage. How can I balance this out?
Carry out daily activities with your left arm. That includes small things like carrying a bowl from here to there. Little things in life add up to a BIG difference.

A lot of whey protein shakes. You kind of have to give up being vegetarian if you don't want 3 shakes a day.

Whey protein or non veg is not necessary, you can easily consume 120 g of protein easily from a vegetarian diet. I guess you are an Indian like me 100 gram of soya chunk, 200 ml of milk, 500 ml of buttermilk, 5 to 6 roti combined with normal homly indian will be sufficient for that much protein and I don't think normal people like need us need more protein than that and you can check simnett nutrition he is a really good vegan youtuber.

Daemon I need help with something, I've been training consistently for a while now around 1-2 years with a mixture of weights and calisthenics.
Im building muscle but very slow, ive gained a lot of fat/weight at my belly but very little mass everywhere else. I have a naturally very small frame.
I want to lose belly fat and see my abs but how am I supposed to do this when everywhere else (neck, traps, upper chest, etc) is already skinny and small?
