I'd love to see a calisthenics guide to complete beginners made by you, an aesthetic body is one of my biggest dreams, and each time I watch your videos I feel more and more compelled to try it💜
Yeah, it would be very nice to get calisthenics routine for beginners, and even better if it included how to progressive overload from the beginner routine to something more advanced :)
0:49 that plan he is really impressive!!!😮 Your channel is growing so fast because not only do you show us exercise and you explain them well but your videos are such a vibe to watch! I like the way you edit and the music you use! It’s really calming and enjoyable to watch! Thanks for another great video!🔥🙌❤️🙏🏽
Bring it on. Make a video and teach me how I can achieve my front lever and planche holds like you did. Also make a video on how you got your first pistol squats. Much Love. 💪🏼♥️
Just started my calisthenics journey thanks to you, I've also told my friends to which they also started their journey, thanks for your guides, and I'd love to learn from your front lever skill guides.
Topics ideas for future videos 1) stretching/pre workout routine and post workout routine 2) fridge tour / shopping day tour 3) supplements routine 4) healthy desserts you eat / cheat date eating routine ?
Planche tutorial would be amazing i have been training it consistently for 9 months now and still cant do a straddle which is kinda demotivating, hopefully the tutorial includes form cues and not the usual progression
First of all, congratulations on your physique! As a hybrid calisthenics/gym guy I agree with everything you said, except for the legs and lateral delts: I have found over the years that the legs need to be trained with overload for the best muscle growth (I know they can slow your cali progress but you have to trade off if you want to be aesthetic). And lateral delts need to be trained seriously if you want to get that round shoulders look, that training only calisthenics won't give you
I always wait for a new video and when I see one it gives me the motivation to 😅workout your channel is great keep doing what your doing you could've charged people for this info but instead you gave it for free as you mean we'll
Love this! When I did calisthenics my only concern was about upper chest and a bit shoulders too. Calisthenics with some upper chest and lateral raises work in the gym in perfect and most natural way to train I guess. I would recommend a LOT to incorporate run in your routine, mainly something like trail running, fun, challenging and pure run.
I think for me the diet part is def the hardest, I just find it soo hard to get protein into my diet at the amounts I need it to actually be building muscle. Gonna keep trying to slowly work my way into eating healthy tho
I'd love to see you make a complete guide right from beginners to intermediate to advanced and teach us how to create a routine based on different training styles.
Sprinting is something that could be incorporated into your training programme maybe on leg day before you do weights. It is good for improving anaerobic fitness which will help with calisthenics , boosts Testosterone and ghg hormones boosts protein synthesis ,and burns calories quickly helping you to stay lean. Has plenty of other benefits as well.
Bro i tried doing body weight pull ups first. It was hard, i can only do 5 reps per set but i did like 7 sets Some inverted pull ups with a bar and the o rings I didn't count on this one. same with dips but i did 12-12-12-12-10-10. And move on to my real workout split and it was check. Upon waking up my forearms and back feels sore. Keep uploading! Shoutout from Philippines.
Many people in the comments have requested for a Calisthenics routine made entirely for beginners so here it is: ua-cam.com/video/2AgCdKa8Rus/v-deo.html&ab_channel=Caliversity
Apologising for the planche form when most of us humans can't get past a tuck 😭 can you do a planche tutorial/workout? I'm looking to start but not sure how to structure my training. Been working on HSPU for the most part and i know planche is gonna take extra long since im 6'4 90kg
so motivational! ive been trying to re-do my split but sometime i just overdid some workout and i don't wanna spend so much time working out. i guess first step is to discipline myself to not procrastinate 😂

Great stuff
You gotta invest in gym rings if u really love body weight, you can train every upper body part on advanced level
really good stuff overall,
couple blind spots I noticed: hamstrings, calves, the sugar content of most yogurt
Decline push-ups also works the upper chest.
Agreed!

So, upper chest, side delts, lats and legs are the only thing you need to work on the gym when doing calisthenics?
I always wait for a new video and when I see one it gives me the motivation to 😅workout your channel is great keep doing what your doing you could've charged people for this info but instead you gave it for free as you mean we'll
