- The Georgia Boy Choir singing Hark! The Herald Angels Sing, arranged by David Willcocks. This performance was recorded on December 19, 2015, in Atlanta during Christmas with the Georgia Boy Choir concert at Peachtree Road United Methodist Church. On Christmas morning practically every year this would be sung at the Wesley Cathedral of the Methodist church, Beecroft Street, Calabar, Nigeria. The pipe organ would blare the most glorious opening and the entire congregation would throw itself into the most melodious and thunderous rendition of this hymn - and almost to a man, one would feel a foretaste of heaven in the air!! God bless ye merry gentlemen, let nothing you dismay…remember Christ the Saviour was born on Christmas Day….to save us all from Satan’s power…..when we were gone astray….oh tidings of comfort and joy/comfort and joy…..ohhh tidings of comfort and joy!!!!!!!
Jesus is the Reason for the Season. Praise the Lord. Thank you Jesus. Hallelujah to the Lamb of God.

"Hark! The Herald Angels Sing"
by Charles Wesley
The United Methodist Hymnal #240
1. Hark! the herald angels sing,
"Glory to the new born King,
peace on earth, and mercy mild,
God and sinners reconciled!"
Joyful, all ye nations rise,
join the triumph of the skies;
with th' angelic host proclaim,
"Christ is born in Bethlehem!"
Hark! the herald angels sing,
"Glory to the new born King!"
2. Christ, by highest heaven adored;
Christ, the everlasting Lord;
late in time behold him come,
offspring of a virgin's womb.
Veiled in flesh the Godhead see;
hail th' incarnate Deity,
pleased with us in flesh to dwell,
Jesus, our Emmanuel.
Hark! the herald angels sing,
"Glory to the new born King!"
3. Hail the heaven-born Prince of Peace!
Hail the Sun of Righteousness!
Light and life to all he brings,
risen with healing in his wings.
Mild he lays his glory by,
born that we no more may die,
born to raise us from the earth,
born to give us second birth.
Hark! the herald angels sing,
"Glory to the new born King!"
___
Each Christmas season United Methodists are invited by this venerable hymn to join the angels in swelling the cosmic chorus:
With th’angelic host proclaim,
“Christ is born in Bethlehem!”
Refrain: Hark! the herald angels sing,
“Glory to the new-born King!”
“Hark! the herald angels sing” highlights the virgin birth, the universal application of the coming of “th’incarnate Deity” to all nations, and that Christ, who was “pleased with us in flesh to dwell,” gives humanity a “second birth.” The “second” or “new birth” essential to Wesleyan theology was illustrated in John Wesley’s sermon, “The Marks of the New Birth” that provides extensive scriptural basis for his view.

Which church is this?
so... why do some kids wear jackets, while some kids wear vests, and other kids only wear shirts?
Each of our five levels have different uniforms. The uniforms become more complex with each level.
It would be nice, to just hear the boys choir without the congregation.
