I love how Landon always protects you when you are approached by anyone. He follows to make sure that the person isn’t confrontational or aggressive. That is love and respect! He will grow up to be as kindhearted and generous as you are. The two of you make this world better!

Also, if you’re not sure where to start, your local veteran services should be able to point you in the right direction. God bless you for your service. As an Australian and living in a fire-prone state, I can see that you have made this property much more fire safe by getting rid of all the overgrown shrubs near his house. He also has a safer exit from his house if he needs to get out quickly. Great work by both of you. Glad you're checking up on him! He needs a friend like you.

Erik, you and your son did such an amazing clean up of this property for this man!!! He had quite a few things hidden all that overgrowth!!! I saw at least 3 boats uncovered, obviously this man loved to go boating. Uncovering the deck was a good thing, too. Unfortunately it seems we live in a world with uncaring people, who only value themselves. Those kind of people were never shown the value of helping others, so your video may teach these people to open the eyes and see how wonderful it is to serve others in need. Hello Erik. I just finished watching you and your son clear this elderly man's property. I was almost in tears when he almost fell. You know I found myself getting a little angry as the neighbor approached you with questions!! His priorities were in the wrong place. I too am a disabled senior. I can honestly relate to his situation. Neighbors really should check on and help the seniors out. I also have mobility issues. I can walk good sometimes and other times I need to use my walker. So I can truly truly relate. You and your son are a great blessing 🙌 to the senior. Thank you and your son for all that you do!!!! I watch you all the time. I am hooked on the show!! Some use their whole checks to store stuff that is minimal in value . I say where is there family at . So to see you help this man warms my heart. . Keep up the good work !!

The only Ken is the person who villianizes a property owner for verifying the property line. Making sure they don't illegally cut his trees doesn't mean he doesn't care about the homeowner. The guy isn't a decent neighbor, if he was he would try to help his disabled neighbor. We had a disabled neighbor and my brother mowed her front and back yard for free for years until she passed. AMAZING JOB Eric and son. You are a HELL of a lot more patient with "neighbors" than I would ever be. I mow acreage...usually between 5 and 18 acre lots using a John Deere E series 3038. I have had a few run ins with these types of "neighbors". Fortunately I carry, and when on the tractor it is open carry. That usually deters words flying because when I am mowing someone's property for them and cleaning it up, I really am too busy to mince words with them about what I have been asked to do. I NEVER charge for the work that I do. I am 70 and in GREAT physical shape and great health. There are a lot of old timers out here who aren't, and I am a person who sees the need and I am willing to meet the need. Keep up your amazing service and kind heart.

People like that neighbor will reap what they sow. When he is older and in need of someone to care and assist, there won't be anyone around. Erik, you and your son did such an amazing clean up of this property for this man!!! He had quite a few things hidden all that overgrowth!!! I saw at least 3 boats uncovered, obviously this man loved to go boating. Uncovering the deck was a good thing, too. Unfortunately it seems we live in a world with uncaring people, who only value themselves. Those kind of people were never shown the value of helping others, so your video may teach these people to open the eyes and see how wonderful it is to serve others in need. Even if it's only a few that change their ways, it's far better than none. Thank you Erik and Landon for serving by helping others! ❤

Hello Erik. I just finished watching you and your son clear this elderly man's property. I was almost in tears when he almost fell. You know I found myself getting a little angry as the neighbor approached you with questions!! His priorities were in the wrong place. I too am a disabled senior. I can honestly relate to his situation. Neighbors really should check on and help the seniors out. I also have mobility issues. I can walk good sometimes and other times I need to use my walker. So I can truly truly relate. You and your son are a great blessing 🙌 to the senior. Thank you and your son for all that you do!!!! I watch you all the time. I am hooked on the show!! The only Ken is the person who villianizes a property owner for verifying the property line. Making sure they don't illegally cut his trees doesn't mean he doesn't care about the homeowner. Maybe people who cut property should also care about abutting homeowners property.

The guy isn't a decent neighbor, if he was he would try to help his disabled neighbor. We had a disabled neighbor and my brother mowed her front and back yard for free for years until she passed. We need to love our neighbors, we never know when we will need help.

How do you know the abutting property owner doesn't care? I would hope Erik would care about not cutting trees on a neighboring property. There is absolutely nothing wrong with making sure workers know where the property line is.

AMAZING JOB Eric and son. You are a HELL of a lot more patient with "neighbors" than I would ever be. I mow acreage...usually between 5 and 18 acre lots using a John Deere E series 3038. I have had a few run ins with these types of "neighbors". Fortunately I carry, and when on the tractor it is open carry. That usually deters words flying because when I am mowing someone's property for them and cleaning it up, I really am too busy to mince words with them about what I have been asked to do. I NEVER charge for the work that I do. I am 70 and in GREAT physical shape and great health. There are a lot of old timers out here who aren't, and I am a person who sees the need and I am willing to meet the need. Keep up your amazing service and kind heart.
