Holy Moly!! You, Landon and the homeowners did a fantastic job! That’s amazing how much was accomplished in that amount of time. If I were him I would look into planting/seeding clover (the three-leaf kind) instead of grass. It’s green, soft underfoot, grows in sun and shade, less maintenance.
