- ELDERLY MAN STUNNED, Hasn’t seen his FRONT YARD in 10 Years, NO ONE would HELP!
This Elderly Man sent me a message asking if I could come mow his Overgrown Lawn in the front as he is disabled and only has one arm that he can use. I stopped by and mowed the Overgrown lawn and it was so noisy even the neighbors stopped by to watch the destruction. A few minutes later the disabled man came out complaining that I was making too much noise and his dog was trying to sleep but was he serious? Of course not, but, he was stunned with the transformation. He hasn’t seen the front of his house in 10 years. I can't imagine mowing his yard with only being able to use one arm, prayers to this man and his dog!

That house would have been so dark and dreary with no light getting in. The overgrowth would also be a safety hazard if he had to get out fast. He is lucky you and Landon were able to help him out.👍👍🇦🇺

Never mind the front yard, that guy hadn’t seen his front door or side porch in ten years! As usual, Erik did a fine job with the mulcher, and his son Brandon helped out big time. Michigan is blessed to have those two. Yes.

The bamboo-looking stuff isn't bamboo. It's a cousin plant called knotweed or Japanese knotweed. Similar properties to bamboo: invasive, FAST growing stuff, and can and WILL spread to wherever it wants unless you stay on top of it. Even if you dig out the roots, they tend to come back twice as hard. REALLY hard to get rid of once it establishes itself.

Loved how it opened the yard up around the house..totally transformed the look. I was sad to see the Rose of Sharron trees go(the purple flowers) but it had to be done. Great job and Landon did great too!

Eric, you put up with a lot of crap that I simply could not do. I mow acreage for people for free. MOST of them are grateful for the free work. They usually don't tell me how to do the job or that their dogs are trying to sleep. LOL. You are a good soul.

And that man is NOT ELDERLY. And he did the whole "front lawn" with one arm with a push mower? Yeah, right.
In the text it even stated the guy was trolling them about it. Some people just don't know how to joke around and it shows...lol
My grandpa lost one of his arms at age 3. That man could cut wood with an axe as well as a 2 armed man could. He also could handle a walk-behind plow pulled by a mule as well as a 2 armed person. He could do a lot with that one arm...so yea the man could have mowed his yard with just the one arm. And if he is 55 and up, he is considered elderly in most places. You don't know what someone or even yourself is capable of doing till you have to do it.
He was messing around, didn't mean anything by it, you can hear him laughing

My goodness! That was a transformation! All those shrubs and baby trees just took over. No wonder he couldn’t clean that by himself. You are such a blessing!
