- Flying a VVS aircraft for a change and getting the first Yak-7 ace in a flight for me. That said I never really flew the Yak-7 that much. It kinda flies under the radar in the Kuban DLC. But I think its underestimated. The guns are great and the speed is ok too. Fast enough to catch unaware germans at least.

I think this is the best video of flying a Yak I've seen, at this time in the war. Superb work, forcing the overshoot on that FW, flying right to the limits of plane and pilot. The enemy (Obviously) didn't know what had hit them. Those in FWs tend to cruise around like they own the skies in this map. Your video shows, it's not the plane, it's the pilot that makes it happen. I joined on that occasion (bombing in PE2) and we took out the enemy port in one raid, I was so glad you were flying soviet, which was the smaller team on the day. And finally, it all happens on WOL a great place to go for an hours fun lol. Thanks for the video, very enjoyable.
That was beautiful. Shooting a guy so he crashes into another enemy, maneuvering so another goes into GLOC and then craters himself, followed by a gear-up landing. Truly, the triple crown of piloting skill and ability.
This is one video where I feel I can accomplish at least some of your feats.
I think that 109 actually hit a friendly LA5 that was chasing another 109... might be wrong though.
mid air collisions like that are always a sight to behold though.
No, i hit Crash with 109 😂😂😂 my best fail 😂
My shot up 109 was crushed by a la5 which just had shot up another 109. Which was losing the tail there

I appreciate the editing a lot. It's hard to see what you see a lot because of youtube compression (especially friendly or enemy plane type), so it really helps with following along when you point out what's going on a bit.

ah, so this is what really happened when i saw those guys all die at once.... WOL is madness sometimes i guess. also i find it funny how in most of the time you were doing this i managed to waste all my ammo basically on a 190 in my LA5 then get a great solution on a 109 and have about 4 rounds left and then fly home. at least i remembered gear though ;)

What server should a US (west coast) player be spending their time on? I'm new to MP after years of single player and haven't really found one that has both solid playerbase, good full realism settings and also a good US latency. Any reccomendations?

You have a key binding to look back instantly.
Its by default on my Logitech Pro Extreme.

Havent played war thunder for ages. The Tempest and typhoon were very easy planes to fly back then

Thats the wings.. Your plane is taking a lot of g force.. And the plane begin to shake and make.noise when you stall..
Every pilot has to reconnice this before he goes solo.! 👍
I suspect he means the hick sound of the pilots anti g measures

Is it just me or does your game/footage seem to have more lag/microstutter compared to a few years ago? If so is there a reason for this?

I LOVE the way the Russian planes are put together. Especially the Yaks. Proper 'chuck 'em together' kind of look to 'em. If it works then don't get any fancier!!
