😂😂 nah donni uber experience must be different cause I only use regular Uber and have NEVER had a complaint 😂 my regular Ubers be having snacks and drinks and everything. $30 extra to get 10 minutes down the road? Nahhhhh fam 😂😂
And that’s why she got the sniffles cuz her immune system is a spoiled brat. Walk barefoot, in a crummy hotel from a regular Uber pls. (Jk much respect to y’all I’ve learned so much from your various segments)PS Hot Seat is the best and Actionable CEO when I’m allowed 😅🎉 🔋
I've never taken an uber. After this, I don't think I want to.🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣(y'all got me crackin' up) David said, "The cookies were amazing!"🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣Donnie said,"I showered at home." 🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣🤣I like nice hotels, but I never pay for them.🤣
Thank you so much for the morning laughs. You don’t always have to be entrepreneurial the whole episode. That’s why I love listening to you all. Stay blessed and thank you for the jewels.
46:38 - Dave mentioned that form of inclusive input could back fire if someone has bad ideas and we'd never use them, my challenge (as a leader in management for almost 10 years and former sleepless knight member) is that as a leader it's also our job to coach them along the way so point out where the idea could be tweaked and send them to the drawing board to stretch the idea for future input opportunities!
Employees are " lazy" because really and truly employees are typically very unfulfilled and unmotivated . Many if not worst knows there is a better way of living contrary to generations prior to us, but don't know exactly how to execute this so they get stuck and may appear to be lazy
This was excellent! I have not laughed that hard in a while. Ultimately, great leadership combines many of these different styles. However, servant leadership has always been one of my favorite leadership styles.
This was a great show David & Donnie. After listening to the different management styles, I realized and accepted that I have a Bureaucratic Management style. This works well in the #HRIndustry as rules, regulations and policies make or break a company, it's CEO and it's employees. The best part is that it keeps the Chief Executive Officer & Founder along with other C-Suite staff out of prison. Cause mannnn listen I have stories. This also lends well to Momo's HR Consulting Firm where as a Solopreneur, I wear the hat of the Chief Executive Officer & Founder of the Firm. Most recently taking on the role as the Chief Human Resources Officer. Knowing this and wearing many hats definitely lends itself to a Bureaucratic Management Style, @Digital78Native
54:55 Dave you are 100% hands off and just let them do it....even though it’s an ENTREPRENEURIAL PROGRAM, and you have successfully navigated being an entrepreneur. I WOULD THINK YOU WOULD BE MORE HANDS ON! Hmm 🤔
💯💯💯LAZINESS: I think we need to be very careful labeling someone as LAZY! Some staff, may just not be the over achiever, however they do everything they are tasked to complete. For example NEO COULD SAY DAVE IS LAZY BECAUSE NEO’s WORK ETHIC AND GRIND IS OUTOF THIS WORLD, and DAVE isn’t producing ON THAT LEVEL! Just an EXAMPLE! 💯💯💯💯
22:38 DAVE PLEASE FOR GOD SAKE GIVE BETTER ADVICE...INSTEAD OF JUST I DONT CARE ABOUT THAT! Thanks DONNI FOR LEADING, DAVE REMEMBER THINK EDUCATING FAMILY STRUCTURED BUSINESS!
It feels like the show's introduction, especially the first 15 minutes, could use some refining. Focusing too much on topics like Uber and hotels might not resonate with all viewers. Perhaps it would be more engaging to dive directly into the main content or feature more relatable topics that could appeal to a broader audience. What do you think?
Tried fixing this podcast another try since Donni but he stories have no value. Just complaining always. 20 minutes in and nothing on title of the video
I take Lyft’s almost daily, multiple times a day - so it’s likely that I’ll encounter more variety of experiences than you. Trust me, there are some REALLY bad experiences - as a few David and I mentioned encountering together.
@@donniwiggins_ I went from being an uber/lyft driver full time for 7 years to taking ubers on a regular basis so I get it but I still don't think its right to make those assumptions off of a profile, but maybe it's my bias from my experience of actually doing that type of work. Not meant to offend you.
@@stuartwhite8939 I’m not offended.❤️ The whole point of the platform offering a profile with a rating though is to have something to use to make an assessment. Many of the drivers do not take care of or clean their vehicles. That’s just the unfortunate truth.
32:41 Dave this conversation deserves a break out session! “What is your intellectual responsibility to the ones you love?” What does your perfect harmonious process look like? Decide Who contribute what talents, ability, gifts, skills and the percentage one should pour into area of topic! Give Example: Crazy huh?😅
Very good lesson on the types of management styles. I was not aware of the information on Chick-fil-A. And the part about a family constitution is something that can be applied in many different scenarios.

I’m feeling Donni about the Ubers. No excuse to have a filthy car with bad service.
My first business was with family, never again! My mom always ran her businesses with her family always came to a crash.
1:03 DAVE ITS FMLA “FAMILY MEDICAL LEAVE ACT” important for DADS TO BOND AS WELL, AND SOME MOMS HAVE POSTPARTUM SO HAVING DAD TO HELP IS MAJOR! 🗣🗣🗣🗣

Donny is right about uber
Looking at someone profile and be like “hmmmmm they car probably gonna stank” is pretty terrible 😂. But I expect nothing less from the world so🤷🏾♂️

Okay, I’m done watching the video. The snootiness of the Uber black woman is disgusting. Zero humility, sheltered.
THIS THE BIG ONE! #464 🙌🏾
Thanks for watching!
Anytime she Ubers she has to take an Uber black? Are you serious? You can tell she’s not rich as she acts.
