This was so good! Studying the latest news and developments in business is key. Also, as someone with a finance background who has served as a CFO, taking the time to dig into the financials and assess where money is being spent is critical. The ability to keep overhead costs low is essential to the health and strength of the business.

Business Acumen, Decision Making, Psychology, Lifestyle choices, Personal Development etc.
I think there is room for both. One helps achieve goals and the other talks about how the goals were achieved. Same lane different thing so I say keep going with both 💪🏽

50:17 Donni, those aren’t really revenue GENERATING roles, those are just management roles to insure nothing stops.
David is talking about someone who can not only bring ideas to the table, but who can be HIM when he’s not around, EXECUTE, and lead his team into various revenue making ventures. I’ve BEEN saying David needs this for a years now. David’s channels should be brining in $100k + a month. He just doesn’t have a good number 2, who also has vision.

Companies can fold in a tight revenue years and interest increases on previous debt when trying to grow new locations / markets. We are coming out the growth by any means phase.

Sorry Donni, gotta agree with Shands on the revenue generating roles vs revenue support, loss prevention, revenue retention roles debate. There has to be a direct correlation with “new dollars” that are being produced directly from a role (job). Love this platform, keep doing the good work!

Myron spoke about the changes in the industries on ur podcast….their was a industrial/.manufacturing era when big box stores were developing and thriving….those times have passed..which is why malls have closed as well…I have studied this for the last few month….also the #1 past time in America is now using the Internet…..that was not a thing 20 years ago

I tried to avoid it for so long and tried to get it all out the mud but then I learned how money worked and built a great strategy to not worry like that. An entrepreneur is going to find a way to leverage through debt at some point or another.
