The fact that they believe in this concept enough to put this kind of event together and personally call to ask the investors, & live on air at that, already says enough. No doubt in my mind they’ll get that 2million on June 2nd

Love this involvement of your community. There are ways to Crowdfund, per the SEC that can narrow the investors to accredited investors. If this startup is in the Friends & Family round, great start, but Neo said it best.... you always hit me up. 😂

This is hard to watch. 👀🤦🏾♀️I don’t think they realize how uncomfortable they are making their “friends” by putting them on the spot like this.
It’s like having established yourself financially and then having someone you know constantly asking you for money. NO… Your “friends” don’t have to support your dreams just because you’re invested, and you believe it’s a “good idea”.
Donnie did the same thing to Aristotle and his wife and she didn’t even pick up on their body language at all. She made them very uncomfortable by persistently asking them for money on her show.
Unfortunately, if they continue exploiting their friends and their clients on the hot seat, this show won’t last very long.
I also felt that their plan to have those who contributed the 200k seated on stage and the rest told to leave would make guys say NO to going in the first place. If I was invited and then saw this episode, I would feel unduly pressured to give the 200k or be embarrassed at the dinner. Maybe they should have aired this episode after the fundraiser.

I found a multimillion dollar investor doing Uber one day! You really just never know.
Some ideas, I saw grant do it on the show where he had to vlbuild a million dollar business. So here it is. Why not use the building in question to history the event? How much more personable! Having the 3d print out are great, but maybe staging some of the building just so they could actually not just see it, but live it for the night. It will certainly help you in your budget because you already own the building versus pay for a location for the venue. Shout me out if you think this can be a valuable suggestion.
There aren’t any utilities in the building. Otherwise, we definitely would!

I dig the strategy. Asking men to possibly invest on live is a great way to get a person to say yes lol ego will always be a factor lol no millionaire will say they don’t have 200k on live and no smart man would have 200k and not invest in something that will bring a return lol good shit y’all lol
