    Hello, I've put 230 psi pressure in rear suspension, but I think it needs more, but I wonder if there is any risk to do that? can it take more pressure? to what extent? thanks

      Hi there, thanks for your question! When it comes to adjusting your rear shock, it's best to follow the manufacturer's recommendations. Check their website. You should find the manual for your specific suspension. There will be information on the correct pressure and any specified maximum limits. I hope this helps🙂

      Hi Steve, thanks for letting us know. I've added the links to the description. Let us know if you managed to set up your rear shock. We also have a video about setting up sag and rebound on front forks. You can find it here:

    Yo if my shock is making a very small whooshing sound when it decompresses is that bad

    • @cyclemaintenanceacademy
      @cyclemaintenanceacademy  Рік тому +1

      Hey, thanks for your question. A little whooshing sound from your rear shock is nothing to worry about as some amount of noise can be normal during suspension movement. However, if the noise is quite distinctive and this bothers you go and check with your LBS. They will offer you the right advice. I hope this helps🙂

    calculate a person weight then have a built in calibration on the shock itself?

    OK OK OK!!! A degree in maths, for a bouncy butt!!? Put a spring in it for gods sake. I would NOT recommend something so utterly unnecessary. This is what makes bike parts so expensive.
