So many unique varieties. Hawarthia is one of my favorites and I have quite a few now. They're so easy and not picky at all. They show off so much beauty and there are so many amazing varieties. Love your collection ❤ Thanks for sharing!

Thank you so much 😊 They are in front of a south facing window so they do get plenty of light, especially this time of year when the sun is lower in the sky. I do have grow lights above them as well but only have those on on cloudy days. I have a Haworthia care guide video on the channel if you’d like to take a look at that. A carpet of cool!!! So many shapes and colors!!! Yeah, its amazing how fast some of the knobby haworthias grow!! Filling a pot to overflowing in no time!! Sometimes pushing up so many rhizomes that if planted in a group plant, they literally push out rhe other plants!!! I think these types are the greatest starter succulents for both kids and people new to the hobby. Ive had plants of limifolia and others i just set in with other plants, not planted, and they almost took over the pot!!! Love the hybrid!! You put a nice one together there!! A beautiful collection!! Many rare ones we never see!! Enjoyed seeing them!!! Thanks for sharing Daz!!! From Morris Park in the Ozarks, to the UK 🇬🇧 and Singapore 🇸🇬 have a wonderful week ahead!!! Really lovely specimens! It's too bad the highly variegated ones don't survive they're so strikingly beautiful. The windowed ones are gorgeous.

You can chop the tops off and hopefully they will grow new leaves that are green or have green in them, but I’ve tried that with a few others in the past and the new leaves just grew back completely variegated. Beautiful Haworthia collection, the 'window' varieties are my favourites as well from that genus.

Stunning collection. Bravo. I also prefer the window types and the so-called hard leaf varieties that look like reptile skin. (Like your koelmaniorum, 'Kintaikyo,' and 'Onigawara.') I adore the pumila 'Tears of Angels,' 'Emperor,' 'Donuts' and their ilk. They don't seem to come up for sale too often in the US. I keep some of my collection at my office and people ask if they are real.
Thank you so much 😊 Yeah those are my favourite types of broad leafed Haworthia. Ones like the regular pumila and attenuata can get large and unruly which is why I’m considering selling them on. I just LOVE haworthias. I have a lot of these and i just love to watch them grow. I had to repot one this year. It had grown so many babies in its pots that they were getting too crowded. I was afraid it would not like being repotted and it can't sit in the same window because the pot it's in now won't fit, but it seems to be okay, although I think it stretched just a little. It was sitting right in a south window, but now sits on my desk in the east window. I hope it will be okay. One of its babies came loose and is in its own pot in the south window and already growing roots. :)

How do you water such a large succulent collection? It would take forever to individually pick up each pot, water it multiple times over the sink to make sure that the plant gets the water it needs, and then put it back. I am facing this problem right now and would appreciate any advice 🙏
I water over the course of a couple of days and for most I use a large pump sprayer. For my Haworthia I use a squirt bottle that I fill with a watering can. It takes a bit of time but I use rain water rather than tap water. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🌼🌸👶
@@Cactimania Thank you for the information. It is just so time consuming to water every single succulent individually. There should be a better way of doing that.
@SlavicGuitar yeah it can be quite time consuming. It usually takes me a full day or two to water every plant. Some growers have all their plants in trays and bottom water. I personally don't do that but is something you could consider? 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
@@Cactimania Thank you for the suggestion. I will look into bottom watering. It takes me about 10 hours (spread over 2-3 days) to water all my plants, which is not practical at all.

@@Cactimania Oh I do love the hairy little ventusa, I'm looking at the retuse-shaped plant on the right that looks like it's been sugar-coated lol. You have SOOOO many plants that are on my must-have list like 'Love Hearts', 'Ice City', H. magnifica var. atrofusca, or simply put I'd love a copy of each lol they're all so NICE!!! I love the idea of growing plants from seeds, I hope one day I can get to a place where I can start making my own hybrids from seed. I think it would be rather rewarding to see the plants grow like the plants you grew from seed!!! Ty for the inspiration!
