Mesmerizing!!! Your presentation CANNOT be beat!!! I so enjoyed all these awesome plants! Wow! Where would I start!!! Some of them I recognized " hey , I've seen that plant before!! Hahaha! Glad they are doing so well for you!! All your plants you sent are doing great !! With one exception. And I'm not sure why. I've seen this happen in both Euphorbias and Cactus. The plant doesn't rot. It just starts to get lighter in color and then like in a 48 hour period , dries up from the tip down.🤔🤨😧😞 I've had this happen to one of my cereus spirals, a couple of months after it came in from Italy. I had ordered two, and one dried up. I have a Euphorbia tortilis that has had a problem this way for a few years. I've changed soil, sprayed for pests and fungi ( rust) fed it like all the others. But still it never grows, and every once in a while , a branch dries up. I,cut it off and wait for the next one. Very disappointing, especially when I can't figure out what it is that does this. This one is the Euphorbia psudocactus. I am surprised at this one. These are normally hardy plants without problems. Makes me even more frustrated. But every one else is doing Great!!! You have shown some great species , and varieties of them!! Some I've never seen before!! Have you ever shown any of your plants? They are worthy for awards!!! Some you just can't stop looking at !!! Great view!!! Thanks very much for sharing!!! Hope you guys are warm! We are in a winter storm warning ⚠️ for our area. Snow, ice sleet freezing rain!! From Morris Park in the Ozarks, to the UK and Singapore, have a great day!!! Peace, Love, Plants!!!✌💖🌵🏵🌴🌺🪴🌹🌲🌷🌳😃👍
Thank you so much, Clyde 😊 Yeah all the ones you sent are doing good, although I’ve noticed the purple people eater likes quite a bit of light to keep it compact. Sorry the Euphorbia pseudocactus isn’t doing well for you, that’s strange as the mother plant the cutting came from is doing fine. I’d like to show some of my plants in the future, now I’m a member of the BCSS that might be possible in the future. We’ve had some bad wind storms here this past week, one after the other and today it’s raining heavy. Still pretty chilly here at night, too. Thank you for watching and commenting as always my friend. Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself to you and Deb 🌵☀️🌼🌺🌸🏜
Amazing collection. Both the collection and the presentation are great to watch. The level of detail makes me feel I'm standing face-to-face in front of these plants and contemplating the details much like contemplating the color refractions of gems. Recently a somewhat new variety of scale bugs has been ravaging my Haworthias and the bugs are not affected by pesticides. With time, I managed to find out that root bound plants (especially small plants kept in small pots) with lots of bright and some direct sunlight may become stressed but mostly keep the scales at bay. This has made me consider expanding my collection once again. I may still do it carefully though and will monitor my progress as I'm slowly adding new plants.
Thank you so much 😊 Sorry you’ve had pest problems with your Haworthia. I’ve had a few in the past, mainly root mealybug. Thank you for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Those are nice plants.cut the worm castings, cut the heat, more light and the will stay compact. I did this mistake before.now I'm full mineral with a dab of osmocote in the mix,a lot of natural and artificial light, cold at night and earm during the day and they look stunning. Those "attenuata" are actually "fasciata". Keep up the good work! Cheers!
I think most of them are pretty compact. I’ve tried 100% mineral mixes in the past, it just doesn’t work for me in my environment unfortunately. The difference between attenuata and fasciata is fasciata has smooth inner leaves without tubercles, as these have the tubercles on the inner leaves I’ve always assumed they were attenuata. Most of those are sold here as fasciata when in fact they’re not. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜

This is a great video to ID aloes, gasterias and haworthias. 😃 I was able to find the names of some of my plants. Excellent photography, Daz. Hello… BBC? National Geographic? You need to hire this man. 😉 Impressive collection. 👍🏼🌵☕️

Oh WOWSERS GALORE Daz :-D what an INCREDIBLE complete tour of your BEAUTIFUL Aloe, Gasteria and Haworthia collection, you have the most AMAZING collection and this video is so beautifully filmed and made too, stunning close up filming, it was like the plants were right in front of me in 3D, absolutely AWESOME, and I agree with Ana that BBC and National Geographic should snap you up
Thank you so much, Lyn 😊 I thought it was a nicer way of showing off the collection filming it this way, sometimes I like to let the plants do the talking haha. Actually putting all the names up on screen was the most time consuming part lol. Thank you so much again, Lyn. Have a wonderful day from Edith & myself to you and Hans ❤️🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜

Most of the photos of Haworthia in habitat are found in books, especially the older ones. Some of these plants wouldn’t exist in the wild though as they’re man made hybrids. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Fantastic video Daz, wow they’re all super pretty specially the haworthias. So mesmerising. They’re so vibrant, healthy and clean. Love the darker color ones. Love seeing the ones from me as well. How’s the one without roots that I gave to you? You have the best Haworthia collection. Thank you for sharing us these beauties and have a great day to you and Edith. 🌵💚
Thank you so much, Kath 😊 I nearly lost the badia you sent, it’s not looking great at the moment which is why it didn’t feature in this video, but I’m doing a separate video on that as I had to cut the stump off to get it to grow new roots, which it’s now just starting to do thankfully, it’s taken nearly 6 months! Thank you so much again, Kath. Have a wonderful day and weekend from Edith & myself to you and Phil 🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜
Brilliant work, Sweetheart! I love seeing them up close and just marvelling on their beauty. 😍 They are all gorgeous and it’s nice to see their steady growth and the chubby and shiny leaves on the clear-windowed ones. Great collection and video production! Spellbinding to watch! Would love you to do a video on tips for care etc of this group of cacti. Keep up the great work!
Lovely collection and video Daz! Haworthia limifolia 'spider white' is my favourite - I have one in my collection and it is a lovely plant. H. maughanii and parksiana are high on my most wanted list, what are you looking for next? Thanks for sharing your collection!
Thank you so much, David 😊 Yeah the Spider White got a little grumpy for a while after it got repotted, only just now started to look semi-decent again. Maughanii and parksiana turn up on eBay now and then, and Ian’s Haworthia has quite a few maughanii hybrids for sale, including two of the ones I showed in this video, ‘Shriotae’ and ‘Aurora’. Oh there’s quite a few I’m wanting haha, can’t add anymore just yet though, got plenty with all the hybrid seedlings at the moment, and just recently cross pollinated some more, but more will definitely be added to the collection later in the year. Thanks for watching and commenting, have a wonderful evening from Edith & myself 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Wow! Bravo! I watched this twice! I'm in US, can you suggest a good retailer for rare haworthia? I started collecting a year ago, I want some more rare hard to find varieties to add to my collection.
Thank you, glad you enjoyed 😊 Look up Renny's Haworthia. She’s US based and sells very nice plants and unique hybrids. Also try Sandy’s Succulent Garden on Instagram. She mostly sells Haworthia seeds but sells plants from time to time as well. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🌸🏜
I do fertilise them during the growing season. I will either use osmocote or a water soluble fertiliser for cactus and succulents by Chempak, but at half strength. At the moment though I’m using worm castings as part of their mix which is enough to sustain them for a good 6 to 8 months. As for cleaning the leaves I just use a soft brush on them once a week. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌸🌺🏜
Not sure what you mean by timeline hides plants names? My girlfriend and I were thinking of putting together a book in the future and a Haworthia one would be a nice idea. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
I have several care videos for these plants as well as others on my channel. This was just a cinematic tour video to show each one individually that I currently have in the collection.
You're the first person to complain about the music. Nothing insane about it, it's ambient. If I'd have used a Slipknot track I'd understand! Music is also a big part of the content I make so it wont be going anywhere. Muting the audio is also an option you have.

I need some haworthia in my life
Oh yes, they’re stunning plants, easy care as well. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
Do you fertilize them? How do you clean the leaves? Thank you
I do fertilise them during the growing season.
@@Cactimania I understand that you never spray the leaves with water...
@@dana-mariaonica1718 I personally don’t, no. Some people do or they soak the whole plant when they water, but I prefer not to 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
@@Cactimania Thank you
timeline hides plant names. Have you thought of a book on Haworthas?
Not sure what you mean by timeline hides plants names? My girlfriend and I were thinking of putting together a book in the future and a Haworthia one would be a nice idea. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌼🌺🏜
"Complete"?
Pretty much, although there have been a couple of new additions since this video. Thanks for watching and commenting 🌵☀️🌺🌼🏜
Deberian comentar el cuidado d cada una no solo mostrar
I have several care videos for these plants as well as others on my channel. This was just a cinematic tour video to show each one individually that I currently have in the collection.
Stop the insane music!!!!
You're the first person to complain about the music. Nothing insane about it, it's ambient. If I'd have used a Slipknot track I'd understand! Music is also a big part of the content I make so it wont be going anywhere. Muting the audio is also an option you have.
Estan hermosa tus plantas felicidades ❤
