Ingredients:
- 3 small eggplants
- 2 medium onions
- 1 garlic head
- 200 grams of mozzarella or any cheese that melts
- olive oil
- salt and pepper
- dry oregano
- 3 anchovies
- 1 bunch of fresh parsley
For the dough:
- 300 grams of white flour
- 3 eggs
- 150 grams yoghurt
- salt and pepper
- 10 grams dry yeast
- dry oregano
- olive oil
