The legendary Bodybuilding Simplified series that started it all, is back, and its better than ever! I will tell you exactly which types of exercises and which types of movement patterns you should do. Some of the horizontal exercises that i recommend are: Barbell bench press, dumbbell bench press, weighted pushups, smith machine bench press, machine chest press, dips. The incline exercises that i recommend: Barbell incline bench press, dumbbell incline bench press, decline push ups, incline machine chest press, incline smith machine bench press. The isolation exercises that i recommend: Dumbbell fly, cable fly, or the pec deck. We will also go over the number of workouts per week, number of sets per week, and all the rep ranges like 5-8, 8-12, 12-15, 20-25/30. I will also teach you how to arch on the bench press, which is very important for the best results! And in the end, we will discuss the effectiveness of pre-exhausting for better mind muscle connection and potentional growth enhancement.

I think it's great you are redoing this series, but I liked the original chest video before, considering it is very to the point and basic enough to understand. But this is still very good.
can you make a video on nucleus overload training which is basically working out 2 times a day in a span of 8 hours while taking rest days normally and if it truly does increase follistatin and decrease myostatin?

Do more sets for triceps than biceps
@@XyroFX Biceps should have more volume than Triceps as Triceps are more involved in compound push movements than the biceps are involved in compound pull movements.

I remember what joy it gave to me when I started to be able to do chest dips with my own weight.
This is my favorite thing in gym - when you are newbie and see those experienced guys doing cool exercises without support and after months you becoming one of them.
My second favorite part is when I see a newbie on my gym and after half of the year, I still see him from time to time bigger and stronger. It’s “you did well kid” moment I really like

One of the most underrated channel.
I do 3Sets Incline DB and 3sets dips per week.It may not seem like much, but mastering these two exercises has worked for me. Although this is not for everyone, I think that doing 12-20 sets per week is not for everyone either. The best thing to do is to try and see what works best for you. Good video!
One way that I think about having control of the weight on the eccentric is not to move slowly but to move so that at any point I can stop the weight if I want to. Not just letting gravity drop it on me. Awesome video, thank you!

Recently changed from doing machine flyes to single arme cable flyes and the cable version feels a lot better. Only downside from using cables imo is that they are always busy in any gym😅

do dick extensions 3 sets of 8-12 reps, you'll be indirectly training your scrotum.
I know its a joke but, pelvic floor exercises can make your life better.
