Making all shiny , puddles , water everywhere does not do it. Don't get me wrong im just saying maybe need to focus more on some other things like trees, forest plays a big role when you driving around in GTA especially on countryside, saturation. Maybe need to do something with lights on houses cuz when you driving on night they look super shiny , and all the same level of shiny no matter how far the distance. Well that's just some my insight sorry if that hurts. You're a modder my dude im sure u understand this clearly.
