    Any tips to make water taste better? For some reason it tastes so bad when i’m sick, i can’t stand it.🤢💔

      Honestly the only thing that works for me is slices of lemon! Fresh so feels ‘healthy’ and I can taste it even when I’m ill. Or I actually drink a lot of herbal teas which give me a high water intake without really realising ❤️

      Cucumber water is great too, if you don't want the acidity of lemons all the time. Change it up!

    Omg. I just watch this video because I feeling poorly with sore trouth and caughing. So I needed a sick day routine. I haven't a bad anymore and right now I am missing it sooo hard. Are there any movies you can recommend for me to see? Thank you for sharing ❤

    The optimal sick day routine will always be to take regularly early in the morning on an empty stomach 1 tablespoon (15 ml) castor oil. In this manner not only all the waste deposed in your intestines will be excreted, but the toxins deposed in your body will be eliminated via the liver too.

      @@ellenalicemiller In know this from a doctor: At the first signs of a cold or of a flu you should take 1 tablespoon (= 15 ml) castor oil, for this one will break the top.
