take a really hot shower, get a humidifier, FLUIDS FLUIDS FLUIDS, lots of rest, take it easy, soup and warm drinks but don’t forget to stay hydrated! (forever remember this) i love your videos Kalyn!!!!!!

I hate getting sick. Last year I was constantly getting sick. First I had a sinus infection, then I had the flu, then I had walking pneumonia and then I got strep.. Lets just say I’m determined to stay healthy this year especially since it’s my first year of college. Stay healthy and I love this routine!!

This came at just the right time! I’ve been sick the past couple days and I’m associating with you so much!! Ugh your vibes are perfect girl. For real.
When I moved around a lot I started noticing that I would get sick within a week or so. Probably the worst case I had was bronchitis when I lived in Denver. I could not breathe at all. After I went to the doctor & got well I had no more complications. Then when I moved back home to Missouri it hit me all over again. The struggle is real. I hope that you feel better soon 💞
