Crappy sales tactic. All, and I mean ALL vinyl extrusion products use regrind. At the very least, the nail slots and cuttings from production are ground up in an online grinder and blown right back into the barrel to be melted with base stock. How do I know this ? I make vinyl products for Certainteed 12 hours a day, lol.

We fell for the Renewal by Anderson pitch and ended up with some expensive (but pretty nice, I admit) 400 series windows in our dining room. We got the whole Anti-Vinyl sales pitch and only did more research after the fact as we only felt comfortable paying that amount of money for the pair needing replaced the worst (rotting old 70's windows). They quoted us nearly $30,000 to replace 10 double hung windows. Yeah, no..
We're shopping again and one company uses window world and another uses Wincore. We don't plan on staying in the house more than 5 more years tops but we don't want to put junk in there either and we know that anything on the market these days will be better than the rotting trash we have now. We're down in Alabama and the windows we're wanting to replace all face the sun most of the day.
All this said, the guy from the contractor company (who I have used before and they do great work) said he can install anything but 99% of the time install Wincores and he said that they will perform as good or better than our Andersons at a much lower cost.
If we were given the choice to install any brand and decided against going with Window World, what would your recommendation be for a standard double hung unit that's good quality but won't break the bank but also won't leave future buyers in 5~7 years cursing us for shoddy windows?

Love your videos! My advice is that it may be beneficial to refer to sales professionals as a salesperson. I am a female residential salesperson. Not all of us are men! Just a thought

Just a quick question, does your complaint originate from the term “sales professional”? I ask because I don’t know how that is gender specific. Are you not a professional? Or did he specifically say, “sales man”, and that’s why?
