There are plenty of windows that use mortise and tenon connections, very misleading and of course you’d say it’s irrelevant since you only push and sell vinyl windows. Your blogs push the same misinformation

Yeah, he’s selling vinyl windows, so... that would be the point. The Mortise and tenon joint isn’t an easy joint and it’s definitely not being used on vinyl windows. Also, a mech joint has nothing to do with the mortise and tenon joint, and I didn’t even hear him mention it. So, you’re comment is irrelevant.

@@Koitus36 it could be relevant to some people, it’s no secret that the mortise a s tenon joint is a much better constructed joint. This is just joint conversation, even more important is just the weak inherent vinyl frames and then the aluminum spaces being healed by a screw on the top of the sash. Price of course reflects all these inferior ways of construction but when you see this guy beat on higher end windows to pretend that vinyl is made the same in terms of overall longevity is just downright misleading

Fiberglass windows with screwed and glued corners have one of the worst air infiltration rate in the window industry and separate at the corners after a few years with the shifting of your home at over $2k a window.

Wtf are you talking about? Every fiberglass windows are screwed and glued. You make no sense saying EVERY window is welded and it is no big deal when people are paying over $2k a window for a screwed and glue leaky fiberglass windows. Now 5 or so years later after getting screwed and glued fiberglass windows costing over $2k a windows $60k a house full of widows that are leaking in the corners because fiberglass windows are screwed and glued in the corners instead of welded which fiberglass cannot be welded.
