Great video! Really helped with my form! I have a question about the direction in which you move the mace. If my right hand is over my left in the grip, is it always better to swing to the side of the right shoulder and come back up on the left side (what you appear to be doing)? Or are there benefits to going the reverse way as well?
It’s completely based on preference on which hand is best, but for my educational content with steel maces I always refer to my base hand because I evolve two handed 360s to 10&2’s and single hand 360s. So it becomes a completely void question because you’re gonna end up doing both grips either way. I have a video here explaining in detail here: m.ua-cam.com/video/k9T1TADb4gM/v-deo.html
I bought 10 and 15 lb maces..feel like i got the 360 down almost instantly...8 reps each way with the 10Lb and you feel it...and its addicting...male average strength i recommend a 10,15 and 20 to start with...you joints will crack like never before..ha

Proper push pendulum pull pause posture prevents piss poor performance…Got it!
Other mace training experts point with the top index finger to signal which direction the mace goes.

Excellent point about the loose grip!
It's a very "chunky" rotation otherwise.
Awesome tutorial. Ty😊

Why do you use bottom hand to point when everyone else I see uses top hand to opposite side?
I get asked this a lot and made a video on it: m.ua-cam.com/video/k9T1TADb4gM/v-deo.html
