    Excelente revisión. Los JSB Beast me parecen una muy buena alternativa para tiros a larga distancia, para no cambiar a calibre 6.35 mm. Felicitaciones!

    Excellent BC on them jsb beast pellets, I've used the JSB monster redesigned 25.39 and those have a BC around 0.042,and group excellent.

      I haven't found the Monster Redesigned at the places I use to buy pellets, seems very promising.

    Boa noite !! Minha gunpower sss agrupa muito bem com esse chumbo e consigo acertar alvos de 15x20 a uma distancia de 150 metros excelente chumbo recomendo para carabinas e rifles pcp de alta potencia!!

    Tentei este chumbo na minha Kalibrgun cricket carbine e faz grupos razoavéis ate 50m.Mas para distancias longas,o chumbo destabilza muito!!
    Também pesei estes mesmos chumbos e havia grandes diferenças nos pesos!!O chumbo preferido é o JSB 18.13gr🚀😎

    Excellent informative video :) Perhaps you would like to try and measure the JSB Monsters Redesigned .22. They have the same shape and weigh 1.645 grams - a more suitable weight for the majority of .22 cal air rifles. For this they gain more and more popularity, even though they are still new to the market. I haven't seen any video reviews of them yet. Just ordered me a tin today and I'm pretty excited and can hardly wait to test them.

      Thanks Alexander! They are not available at the shops where I usually buy pellets from, I have seen them available only in stores that don't ship pellets to Brazil (I will have to wait):(. I hope you get good results with the redesigned Monsters!

    Although the HW100 loves the 18 gr pellet,it demonestrates great accuracy in the third group of 33 gr pellets.Great Job Antonio my friend

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  7 років тому +1

      Thanks Eyad! It's not the best pellet for my HW100, but it would be good enough if it fitted in the magazine ... I think the second group was all my fault, it looks more like two groups, lol! I tested it with the BT65 also, but she didn't like it.

    • @HW-xc8qm

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  7 років тому +1

      Mine has been having varied results with the 18gr JSBs and did not like the 15gr. I think it is related with pellet head sizes, and I intend to discover it if I find a good way to measure them.

    Es muy difícil que ese pellett tan largo pueda ser estabilizado con los pasos de estría normales de aire comprimido, tendría que usarse pasos más cerrados, no se para que jsb comercializa ese engendro

    Cool. If you have the audio recorder at 1000 meters and shoot at steel plate, you should hear the sound from the audio first before you hear the sound from the steel plate. Of course with an rifle caliber such as .223 and up, not air gun.

  • @Joe-zw9ep

    Would you not need to change the twist rate for heavier pellets or is it not like a real rifle? :)

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  7 років тому +1

      I have increased the muzzle energy from 27 to 48 Joules (before, it had been adjusted for 14.66 grains Field Target Trophy pellets). Maybe the JSB Beast would perform better with some Joules more, but I don't want to mess with the regulator. Thinking about shooting real rifles and air rifles, the idea of "air guitars" came to my mind, lol!

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  2 роки тому +1

      Hi, I did not change the regulator pressure to shot them, so it should be near the original (maybe around 90~110 bar). The hammer spring tension was very high, though. You are welcome.

      @@unrelatedactivities hi
      I shot recently h@n 21 gr slugs .They are amazingly accurate .I raised the reg pressure to 130 bar but managed to get it run at 860 fps with the hammer tension to its maximum .I expected it to shoot around 900 with this setting !! I am not sure why it is ? !

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  7 років тому

      You're right, the second group demonstrates what you said. I think what happened was this: the table top bends a little when I place my arms on it, particularly under the right elbow. As I had to stand up to load the pellet for each shot, probably my position changed a little for each shot. For the third group I tried to barely touch the table top with my right arm. Not sure, but could be that the cause.

    • @unrelatedactivities
      @unrelatedactivities  5 років тому

      I've never tried using Hawke Chairgun custom drag model, but I think one way to do it is to first create a table with
      the POI at various distances to define the actual trajectory, then try to fit the model with the trajectory. Probably very time consuming.
