Learning how to fight is one of the first steps to becoming more masculine. When you know you can walk into any room and be able to hold your own, as well as help others who may not be able to, its one of the most masculine feelings you'll experience.

@@arnel.3186 Humans are animals, alot of subconscious things are in play when people talk to others even in everyday life, your confidence as a whole will improve alot just by the mere fact that you know what you're physically capable of, and atleast know you would have a chance against other people during an altercation, it's in the primal part of everyones brain at all times, trust me, people have more respect for a person who they see as more physically capable than themselves in a fight, the same goes for a weak guy, he will never truly be as confident in many social interactions if he knows that people around him would snap him like a twig, if hypothetically there was to break out a physical altercation. An example of this is guys who are physically smaller than a woman, yeah you know what i talk about, the way the woman will see him is night and day to the guy who is a foot taller than her, or a guy who has 100lbs on her in size. If you're truly so special that you're comfident no matter what i stated above, then the way other people see you will still greatly apply. I've seen it time and time again, women will never respect a guy she is not certain she would lose a fight to, it's simple, it's human.

I had more masculine traits when i was 6-9 years old, then in my teens. I often fought with my classmates. Most of the time the other kids started it. It got "corrected" by my teachers and my parents. They always said that i shouldn't fight, fighting is bad, be good, be harmless etc... I feared if i fight the teachers and my parents going to get mad at me. It got me. I started going down the hierarchy in my class. I got bullied a lot. It made me depressed. "Why they're bullying me, meanwhile i can't fight back? Because propably i deserve it." My self-respect went down the drain. My parents where emotionally unreachable. "They don't care about me." When i was 17 one of my classmates bullied me by taking bad photos of me then showing that around. A buried switch in my brain flipped on. I got engulfed in rage. My only thought was "Freak that guy." I slapped him so hard his head turned around almost a hundred and eighty degrees. He didn't do anything. I slapped the shit out of the "top dog" in my class. I skyrocketed to the top. Everyone started to respect me. I started the respect myself by never allowing such a behaviour againts me since then. Now i"m 29, still unlearning the bullshit weak "don't fight" mentality. I respect myself, and others respect me. The world changes. The others think the same about you as you think yourself.

I got huge rewards for respecting myself. My peers respecting, sometimes fearing me for some reason even if I'm a friendly guy. Women started to gravitate around me. Not the quality that i want, but i'm on my way there. I made myself much more masculine. I got viking like hair with dreadlocks. I got tattoos. Not the conventional ones. I got anime themed colored tattoos because i love anime. Women freaking loving it. I'm going to gym four times a week building muscles since last summer. I got bigger. I'm learning boxing to defend myself and others. You can do so much. You have so many options to climb up. Make your life better. Everything starts with self-respect. Respect yourself enough to start changing yourself. Your testosterone level will naturally go up if you do that.

I feel you 100%!!!! I’m in the fucking hood in New York City, I was born and raised here, left for 10 years, and came back, and it’s wild. Every time I take a train I get picked on, or rather targeted because I’m a tall and strong looking man who’s fashion doesn’t match the neighborhood (I traveled the whole US and wear short shorts and tank tops etc lol, not gay, just a bit Hamza, I like showing off). I’m lucky I. That I do have a natural bravery, I will face guys down and because of that I’ve never been in a fight. I don’t back down which causes others to back down. I admit I’ve been extremely lucky in that nothing has ever happened, even when I’ve been outnumbered, at night, surrounded while taking pictures with my $5000 camera in the ghetto. It’s stupid, but what comforts me is the thought that the worst that will happen is I die or I will kill someone. I’m okay with dying, I don’t fear it (but I fear pain). It would suck, but I’ve contemplated my death for years, and realistically I’ve done all I ever wanted to do, I lived a good life, and I’ll be fine crossing the veil. There’s no tragedy in my passing, and I think that is a huge factor in being able to be brave in those situations where fear is crippling you. Either I’ll die, or I’ll kill them, and it’s oddly calming.

Hamza I know it’s early but I think a huge next level for this movement is how to effectively communicate to our children the dangers of instant gratification and how to avoid the behaviors before it becomes an addiction that has to be broken and healed from. This would give future generations a huge advantage as they could spend valuable energy on noble causes other than resetting from modern addictions as many young men today have to. It would set them ahead and future parents need to know how to teach it.

I've been having a huge problem with self improvement lately. So, this weekend I was overindulging a little bit much, watching too much tv and eating snacks, I feel like I'm not the same improved man I was and that I'm falling behind, and I know you said that its ok to have low points in your self improvement journey but the fact is, if I keep thinking that it's ok to fail then I'll keep failing, and the biggest problem is that there is no one in my life who will help push me to keep going, they keep saying the same thing, 'its ok to make mistakes', 'don't beat yourself up about it', 'its ok to treat yourself once in a while', I'm literally being encouraged by my friends and family to go backwards, I need help, I don't want to go back to my old life, It's depressing and boring. Does anyone have any words or advice to help me here, I came on here because it's the only place I know where I can find the right guidance.

As for the snacks, the easiest way to not eat them is to not buy them, if they ain’t in the house, can’t eat em. Also if you’re struggling with too much time on social media, I’d set a screentime limit and give the code to someone else…

I had the perfect routine for the last 2 months.... everything was coming into place... but all of a sudden I fell sick and couldn't do anything for 10 days.... when I tried exercising again, I just couldn't touch half of my capability like before... I lost a little motivation there and started watching unwanted stuff... but like only 10 mins a day... but then it slowly ate me up and I turned back to my old useless and depressed self, wanting to be my old self but in vain, it's been a whole month😕
So, what I am trying to say is... it just takes one simple deviation to change it all... so I will tell u to just fight against the urge to watch TV and eat snacks...and just sit simply doing nothing, experiencing boredom, atleast if u can't follow the good routine... atleast don't go to the bad one...this has helped me a lot right now as I am trying to fix myself again👍

Ever since I started taking care of myself more, people make jokes about it. They laugh at my routine, if I have one beer they say “you’re all over the place, you wanna be healthy, you wanna drink, you’re a hot mess”, they laugh at my protein shakes and my workout die that I have. And everyone laughs with them. I can’t do anything with a comment or a joke being made. No idea why.

Yeah I noticed this. I don't like the idea of just going AFK and the Police having to solve your every problem outside, along with "oh just stay fragile because working out is too much". Thing is, we can talk about courage, and "stupid courage" (which may happen when someone has no structure in life), in the end life ain't fair.
There will always be the possibility of you getting hurt or even killed, soon as you step out of your home. Although you can't let that stop you from truly enjoying life. It is unfortunate that there are young guys already sacrificing themselves in broken homes. I guess they may accept overtime that "In the end it has to be this way, this could make me stronger/appreciate life more once I get passed this stage". Go do the hard work, even when you don't feel like it.

i had sytuation like this long time ago (it's good to mention that i was 13 at the time) like 60 yrs old guy was twisting hand of 9 yr old kid. idk why he was doing that but he was a stragner to that kid. And everyone in this park exept 1 women that was trying to do somethink just leave the game and go afk. No one reacted thare was a mascular guy with kid but no he go afk 2. When i think abount it that woman is giga chad beacouse she had a kid 2 and that guy was bigger than her.
I didn't kow him but i saw that that woman won't do anythink really becouse she was too soft (you now that type of person that will react but want to do it in perfect "good way" you now call the police and stuff but that guy didn't give a shit abunt this) and his friends only start filming that situation when i came up to this guy. I know if i would think abount my safety i would be too sacer to came to action. When i saw that kid trying to get off that old man i just like stopped thinknking and came to that guy like pedoslayer and started small without rising my voice. I was just trying to convince that guy to just came off that kid. But quickly i realised it won't work and that kid still had his hand twisted so i yelled NO JA PIERDOLE at whole park to grab everyone attention (it's polish swearword in english it is somethink like wtf btw sorry for my bad english i'm from poland and still learning english) at that moment for 2 secs there start looking at me but then saw that kid i was thinking that eny of that mens would go for action but no nobody came to action just start looking and quickly go afk. I qucikly started beeing lound i saw my friend so i screemed to him to also grab his attention. I think that men was confused for a second but quickly i realised noone will come but everyone is watching and at least that's good. I started sying to that guys (without insulting him but with cursed words) stuff like. Mrs wtf just let kid go. At the beginning he was saying that this kid is a criminal and age does not matter becouse apparently 8 yer old some time ago robed a house and some other shit. I tried to find out what that kid had done from his speech, and I realized that that kid was not willing to throw a bottle to a trash can. (Bro wtf) I don't remember why but he let go to that kid and start going to his (as i think) wife BUT i guess he wantend trobule or some shit and quickly that mf came back. Started yelling at that woman does she sees that language i use with talking to him but after he realise she won't argue with him and she sees me for the first time he startet yelling at me. DO YOU KNOW WHERE I WORK. DO YOU KNOW HOW LONG I LIVE IN CRACOW. i wtching him in eyes said i don't give a fuck. He was crushed and my friends for the rest of the day treated me like gigachad and have jokes with line i don't give a fuck. We quickly come back to our houses but someone told me that police after AN HOUR. come to investigate. I'm happy i see this vid so i know that i did the right thing becouse nobody told me that.
