Thanks for sharing this. I have been putting off doing my kit because I have anxiety. Knowing what to expect with a new thing is super helpful, even moreso when it's another person who's never done this before.
My guards broke super quickly ( 5 uses) and I had ordered the thickest pair possible. On top of that, the fit was terrible and I woke nearly choking on one of my I'll fitted guards! Upon bringing this to the attention of Remi, I was told they would send me another pair ( rightfully so!) And went through approximately 5 emails before another representative contacted me asking for payment of the replacement set of guards equal to the price of a new set! After reading this, I was curious about their refund and return policy and read once the item is sent, regardless of anything whatsoever and before trying them on, they aren't liable anymore. Definitely go to a dentist if you really care about your teeth; Remi doesn't.
That stinks you had such a bad experience. My experience had been different. The top mouth guard doesn’t fit right but the bottom one is great. Good luck on the hunt for the right fit.

I’ve been using them for about a month and they are pretty good. Much better than the mouth guards from the pharmacy. They are like the invisaline retainers
I just got them last week. They took about 5 weeks to arrive. They emailed me and told me that it would take that long as they are a small company and are getting a lot of orders. So far I have liked them. I will post a review of them in another week or 2 so I have a few weeks experience to pull from and comment on. 😃

Do you have to keep them in your mouth for 5 mins?
Yes. It lets the compound harden to the exact grooves and such of your teeth.
How long did it take before you received your guards?
Around 5 weeks or so.
Why did they give you two sets?
They give you a top and a bottom. So 1 set total.
