I had a lowballer offer $50 on a pair if Hunter boots I priced at $130, rarer color (purple), And I didn’t counter offer because I was at work so I’m surprised posh sidekick didn’t do that for me because it was about 2 hours later that I checked in and countered manually. I have it set to counter at 50%. Should it be set higher? thx😊

I tried it I LOVE IT....there is no way I wod be able to do all the follows and shares this app does for me. I made 5 sales today and yes I'm crediting it to the posh sidekick app. I was working all day at my side job while the app was doing it's thing and made 5 sales. It paid for itself plus some. Yep in your closet (phone app)on the top right, click the tool icon, then select make offers to likers. You should be able to scroll down and select all, then choose offer and shipping discount.

Canceling listperfectly at end of month same price as this and posh is my go to for platforms sounds like a win win with it being same price as list with more options

I'm rainbow sharing and I don't know about making more sales yet, but I love the look of my closet. Visually appealing and my daughter said she loves shopping by color so hopefully it is worthwhile.

I think i may give the trial a go. I had been hesitating getting it because im a very casual reseller who only sells from my own closet. I think i will give the trial a go and see if it makes a difference and then decide whether it's worth the financial investment or not.
Yes you must have profits to spend money. And depending on size, you can self share. I would say I would want 250 or more in profits to justify spending it and over 250 items
@@TabsMcCaffrey ya right now i have around 70 active listings but my sales fluctuate. In September and October i made $500 while in November i made just under $200. Anyway i used your code for the trial... i might sign up for a few months just to get my stuff out the door but will decide later on in the week once i see how my sales are.

Does Posh Sidekick allow you to bulk edit listing prices like PosherVA does? The ability to only drop prices for older listings would be helpful. Thanks for the informative video!

I love the relist features but i wish instead of just showing that we relisted say 4 items, it could show which items they were
It does go to the bottom activities then filter by relist. You can see them all

I’ve been using PhotoRoom for the bulk upload. But there will be some changes to theirs soon that will do the same ❤️

Another question that just came up. I just learned that their interval time for sending offers is how frequently you want them to check and see if you have offers. So I have mine set for 30 min. So it'll check every 30 min IF there is a like. Not send offers 30 min after a like. I had written to them because I was noticing offers being sent anywhere from 2 minutes to 17 minutes after a like. I'm curious to know what you think about this. Thanks for your input!

I came here to say the same thing. I got the same response. The interval time is to check for new likers, not to send offers after the set time.

Great video thanks. Very helpful. Interesting observation the share options I have available are different than yours. Most liked and rainbow are not an option for me! Just sent them a message to ask why. Hoping sales improve for us… slow slow slow. But since getting Side Kick the items that have sold are older listings of items that I was going to purge. That’s a bonus. Really believe we’re being penalized for not doing live shows. Just applied to run one. Waiting for approval. - Tom

Really informative video, thanks! How many listings do you think a closet should have before needing something like this? I only have about 140 active now but I am increasing. Wondering if it makes sense to wait until I am at a certain # listings before adding Posh Sidekick.
Depends on you and how much time you spend on your phone. I think automation really improves your business.
I only have 90 things in my closet and I'm seeing sales almost every day using Posh Sidekick. Hope this helps!
The one thing I can't find in the Offers, is there a option to not send OTL for newly listed items? Like items listed within thelast 7 days? This was a feature I really liked with my other bot.

Hey Tabs, I have tried twice to link my closet - no success and no reponse from SideKick on the chat or via email. What the heck? Based on what you have said its great compared to Closet Tools - not the case here - unsuccessful both times - no support and no online videos on troubleshooting.
Did you try the chat in the app?
If you tried chat in app and no response, try reaching out on Instagram. They’re usually really responsive.
I like the hour timing thing. I have a lot of these features through flip. How much is this Poshmark one and do you think using it make Poshmark give you more sales? I only sell on Poshmark

This is an old video, I can’t even remember what features, I’m sure they have newer ones. You can check out their plans on their site.
Does sidekick eat up phone battery? Also I have always assumed with any of these that they have your password and access to your app; what about your banking and personal information that is in there, is it possible for them to use your attached debit or credit cards or access banking information that you send your balance too? I have always figured if they have access to your account they could access all of that as well. I like that this is an app as I could not leave my computer on all day at home.
Doesn’t eat up phone battery and they would have access to your bank info as that’s not on the app. Go to your payments… you can’t see or access them on the app. I would say it’s safe, but only you can decide for yourself. I like tools that make me more money😂❤️

I’m definitely putting it on my list as soon as I get my closet cleaned up from all my dumb early buys and some things I had around that just won’t probably sell. I might counter an offer but I’d never turn one down. Business is business and most people thrift because they don’t have a lot of money. This frustrates me to no end. I grew up poor we thrifted because we had to and I liked it. I feel like if someone is low balling maybe it’s all they have. Idk why people act like second hand used things should be so expensive. I’ve literally ran into sellers who price things higher then what you could get brand new from a store.

I Love this app did the 7 day trial. tried to pay the month and my card was rejected. Don't understand as I have the money to buy it. Any tips? I'm a pit frustrated as I really like the sharing aspect of the app.

Tabs, did you notice that when using this tool that 99% of new Followers are from the United States... why would we want to follow/ have them follow us when we cannot sell or buy from them in the USA?
I didn’t, and I can speak to them. On the other hand followers truly don’t mean anything. I’ve passed on the notice to sidekick! Please feel free to msg their support anytime you have an issue😊
HI Tabs! This is not about your video but I just noticed that you can no longer change the size of an item to cancel a pending offer on Posh anymore. I sold some boots on Ebay and have an offer out on Posh hanging there. :( I dont understand why we cannot cancel an offer sent out if they have not accepted. Any thoughts?

Something that I have never understood about offers to likers and I have had a VA with one shop and Posh sidekick is whenever I get an offer I don't like getting 4 offers from the same person and they're all 4 different offers with all different shipping costs. if someone comes to my closet and likes 3 or 4 items I definitely do not want my bot sending out 4 different offers with 4 different shipping cost it makes me look like I'm costing them more money by not bundling it together, so I've never understood how come nobody ever talks about this ??this is a huge problem why doesn't my VA or sidekick or any of them offer some type of bundle offer to likers please please explain this to me? I remember being new to Poshmark and I would like two or three things from a closet and I would get two or three different offers from that same closet and because I got three shipping cost I would immediately go to the next closet because of this I thought that they were trying to get more out of me because I didn't know any better that it was their bot doing it, so now I am afraid to do that cuz I don't want to miss sells because of it someone out there help me to understand this
Don't put too much thought into it. Most ppl know, or figure it out quickly. I usually add likes to bundles and send offers 2 time s a week as well.
@Tabs McCaffrey Ya, I really want to turn my offer to likers on, on my Posh sidekick but I don't know, there would be offers going out all day long and sometimes and most of the time people like more than one thing and if they are new to Poshmark they don't know that it's a bot , then they're like why am I getting three different shipping cost why didn't she bundle them, I remember thinking that same thing when I started on Poshmark and I was buying stuff I would get offers by the same person you know 5 times with five different shipping fees and I would skip right over that person and go on to the next so it scares me to use it, but I do use offers to likers I just do it myself. My question is, why doesn't Posh Sidekick come up with a way for us to send offers to likers as a bundle? You feel Me Girl...

You may have had 2 that were over 60 days
