- This is the last video of this short road. I made it a bit longer so I could upload just 1 video.
More grader videos will come in the upcoming weeks. We will be grading a new road so stay tuned
Update on JCB videos: At the moment we don't have work for it so I have no material to record sorry. We expect to be working around 15 of April if not then maybe next month

I just did 2 roads and a parking lot the same way with string and paint, no GPS.
I personally places a rough on the 4th or 5th gear, then for fine grade the crowned shape height, on 2nd, full trottle. !! Then the roller !
I used 3 person as my assistant. 2 person to pull the string 1 person whos measuring and marking. Sometimes we use white sand as a marker

What are the tolerances plus or minus in your area for a road like this
About 1 cm
Ours were a quarter inch.

Actually, for grader videos, we work for another company so it's theirs. Only JCB is ours for now. But thanks for the comment.

What grade tolerances are you required to achieve?
1 cm usually
@@TPTimi--- We also have that same tolerance + or - 1" (2.54cm)
+- 0.5 cm on highway road
@tptimi you have experience obvious,and tell me one thing...is it possible correct grading if your blade is not straight...edges on both sides are 1.5-2 cm higher than in the middle of blade...

Once you have the level, why do you go so slow ?
because we are not at a hurry you don't always have to go fast
Easier on the machine. That roll of base weighs a lot.
Nd he is working on ABC soil...grader suppose to grade slow 4 level
Probably he goes whatever speed the machine will go without bouncing.
We always went a lot faster on the interstate 1/2". no bounce.
