I am new subscriber to your UA-cam channel and website, I love the recipe. I was worried when you were mixing the ingredients with the fork, while the blender was on 😔

Thank you, I love these! Great idea! I found out you can blend the coconut into coconut butter first, then add oil and berries. Little to no water necessary and you get solid texture :)

Sounds yummy! I just started eating keto. Have had Hashimotos for 25 years (no thyroid left) and finally got the right type and dose of meds two years ago. Menopause has also kicked my rear! High fat, low carb has been clearing the brain fog and giving me energy like nothing else has! It has also significantly impacted the chronic diarrhea that even years of gf didn't resolve. Thank you for the education and recipes!

Thank you!! :) I was thinking this because my German Shepherd seems to suffer from seasonal allergies and I was told adding a bit of raw local honey would help him. Both my dogs already have coconut oil added to their food plus other oils that I switch up from time to time :)

hi David I have lupus and thyroid problems as well. I have change my diet because of your shows and great information about the leaky gut that is my main thing I wanna change. I already eliminate dairy, grains and I'm feeling better. I'm very careful when I buy groceries I always read the labels and If it has corn syrup I completely don't buy it. I can't seem to find collagen protein for a cheaper price. do you have any special in your website. thanks!

Is it ok to use flour and elmersglue instead of coconut and gummy worms instead of blueberries? Will the worms dry out or will they melt?

  • @hawk4383

if you going to add flakes by small portion its will be easier and faster

These look great!! I would like to use honey as a substitute. This way my raw fed dogs can eat them with me :) How much would you recommend?! Thank you!!

    • @DrDavidJockers

As minimal as possible on the honey as you don't want too much sugar.

Is it possible to substitute coconut flour for coconut flakes? I cannot get organic coconut flakes.

I think you should mixing the ingredients in a bowl first before putting into the blender to mix thoroughly 😊

Too much coconut oil for me. I prefer coconut or almonf flour instead.

It's a flat fat bomb. Looks wonderful. Love you & the recipe, just don't like the music at all; sort of jarring & unecessary - but thanks. :-)
