I don’t have time to sit down and enjoy my food, workout as much as I’d like, and make these fancy meals. Everything for me has to be about convenience because I’m busy or exhausted all the time. I would love to be able to spend time doing what I want to do and live this kind of life. You inspire me Sophie, but man it just doesn’t seem real for me. Maybe one day I can find happiness in my life and do the things I love and have the body I need. No hate, I promise. Maybe a bit of jealousy because I’m hating my body so much and you are always so beautiful. Anyways… rant over. If you made it this far, thanks for reading.
Hi Trish, I’m sorry you feel like that. I also did a few years back. I was working and doing university in different states and my life was crazy, and my finances were shit. Fast forward a few years and I managed to find time to work and exercise everyday. If I miss a weekday, I workout on Saturday, so I always work out 4 to 5 times a week. I still struggle with making healthy meals, but my body is already so different than when I was working and studying. Don’t give up, and as soon as you can, do incorporate the good habits into your routine. It’s hard at first, but working out is kind of addicting! Sending you good vibes, and hope you achieve your goals soon ❤️❤️
I feel this. It’s like when other UA-camrs have only UA-cam as their only job and tell you that you should be happy with your job and life and if you aren’t happy then pursue something different. That’s very easy for an influencer to say when their only job is UA-cam. If it wasn’t for warehouse workers and store clerks and store shelf stockers who don’t like their jobs we would be in a worse place then what we already are. We are already short staffed in many of those areas in America. I also feel this when it comes to younger fit influencers trying to tell you what to do for best advice who only have UA-cam and their only other job is to review some clothing brand and tell you to get 8-9 hours of sleep. Well sure that’s easy for some but not when you’re a full time student with school ( for some) or a parent( like me). I think more people need to be open minded for those who are not in the situation that they are in. No hate to you either Sophie it’s just one of those sucky things that not everybody is in a blessed situation who really truly love their job or have quite a bit of time.

If you see her earlier videos she was a uni student doing some dual degree and still trying to work on her dream of being in the fitness industry traveling 2 corners of the state of make the videos finding time for herself to be healthy... So it's not that she had it all easy it's because now she has reached this point it looks easy but it took her 4 years and 500 videos to get where she is .. and she always say either you can find time or energy to do something you really want to or you can find yourself making excuses.. not discarding your situation but you can always make thing work around.. much love ,,❤️🌷,,
