Today I made this Creamy Chicken Spaghetti!!! Honey this is some good eatin' and it's absolutely delicious!!! You've gotta try this easy, peasy, good recipe!!! #CreamyChickenSpaghetti #EasyPeasyGood #ItsDelicious

STEP BY STEP INSTRUCTIONS AND DETAILS PROVIDED IN THE VIDEO.

Baked on 325 degrees for about 25 minutes just to slowly melt the cheese on top.
INGREDIENTS I USED:
3 lbs Boneless Skinless Chicken Thighs
2 Cans Cream of Chicken with Herbs
1 lb Thin Spaghetti
1 Can Rotel Mild Tomatoes w/Green Chilies
Montreal Chicken Seasoning
Black Pepper
Garlic
Made Chicken Broth using Better than Bouillion Roasted Chicken
1/2 Large Onion
Spinach
8 oz. Sharp Cheddar Cheese
8 oz. Colby Jack Cheese
4 oz. Mozzarella Cheese
Parmesan Cheese

After recently watching some cooking channels with people cooking with their cats on the counter or people who hug/pet their pets, then immediately start serving up the food. This channel has soothed my soul.

Amen sister! I will NOT subscribe to channels where people have cats on their counters or table. One channel had a segment of a new “potty” she got her cat for Christmas. Days later she does a cooking segment with the same darn cat sitting on her kitchen table. Yuk!

I rinse all tops of cans, sometimes just wipe.
Not just wipe off the tops of cans, but I wash them with a soapy paper towel wet from the dish water, rinse the tops, and then dry the tops. Those tops are filthy.

Update: Donna, I made the chicken spaghetti. As you always say, make it your own. I added a few chopped jalapenos, and a mixture of pepper jack cheese, and Colby jack and sharp cheddar. He like it!! So, thank you. I have even shared it with my niece.

Y’all a HOOT. Looks so good! When I have leftover warm noodles I toss them in butter and refrigerate them until I am ready to heat them in the microwave with salt, pepper, and garlic. One of my favorite snacks.

With 7 kids and a husband, my mother was the one pan/pot, one dish queen of cooking. I still cook the way she did (yeah, I'm a baby boomer, we ate and learned to cook meals back in the day).

I had acid refund so bad I was taking 2 of the 24 hour tablets it was killing my kidneys I stopped and starting baking soda and the would do a little apple cider slowly did less and less now 100 % if I have back to baking soda saved lots of money on pills and now very happy can eat all most every thing again love grapefruit no sugar lemon aid no sugar pizza spaghetti sauce again happy😂

Gotta love how spaghetti always throws people with these kinds of recipes, if someone used fettuccini or penne pasta they wouldn't think twice but a long skinny noodle makes everyone sort of confused for a second lol. It looks great, I'm going to have to try this soon, thanks for posting!

Hey Donna, My mom was the first person to introduce me to chicken spaghetti. I really like it. Thanks for sharing.
My chicken breast meat doesn't dry out at all when I first dredge them in seasoned flour then lightly brown in the skillet with a little oil before mixing with the other ingredients to finish cooking. It helps thicken the sauces, too. Depending on the recipe I brown them either whole (bone-in or boneless, works for any kind) or cut into bite-size chunks (large or small).

Saw this earlier this month and added it to my meal list. Just made it today and can’t wait to have dinner. The little corner o tasted is really good. Made it my own with Cajun seasoning on the chicken and didn’t make as much so didn’t need the 2 cans of condensed soup or the full box of noodles. I’m not a chicken breast person but it’s what I had on hand. I know it tastes even better with the thighs. Husband likes chicken breast so will see how it goes. Thanks for sharing!
Absolutely delicious! I used less chicken this time and more spinach, only because it was all I had to work with and I wasn’t going to the store! The dump cake was a hit for Father’s Day too.
