Regardless of how this case ends up, I can't stop thinking about how differently things would be if Johnny had lost the right for live trial streaming and we only had the mainstream media sources to rely on.. scary

I'm also shocked about how Johny Depp slams doors! losing his temper! was all in the headlines, but the whole rest of what everyone said was left out. I even saw an article completely defending Amber Heard and that everyone who said differently was misogynistic. I'm also very glad people can make up their own minds about this. Compilations about the trial tend to favor Johny Depp heavily, but then again Amber Heards lawyers really have nothing to work with (or are plainly rude to JDs witnesses, look how they treated his financial advisor Mr. White).

Yes. I have seen some articles from highly regarded sources that just... it's like "are you paying attention? Are you watching this? Are you being paid off?" Like one that talked about how the jury MUST have felt so bad for Amber when Camille was "badgering" her about not having photos of the injuries or medical records. Like no... most people will be thinking more like "yeah you told him not to make you prove it bc you had so much evidence and it was so well documented but where is the documentation?"

We all remember how horrific Rhianna’s face looked after her assault.. that was a 5 minute confrontation that started in a Moving vehicle- Yet Amber testified she was sliding on bloody broken glass , slung across the floor - she claims her hair was torn from her scalp- he head butted her - slammed her head against the wall - repeatedly punched her in a rage … yet those pics say otherwise

facts! not only that she would have scars from the broken glass she was sliding across. She would have required a hospital no question in regard to the sexual assault with the bottle. The woman is sick and crazy. The audio of her admitting to hitting him and the Dr telling the nurse that they have to get Johnny away from her after his finger was severed should be enough. She is guilty of perjury especially saying that the makeup compact she used to cover her bruises wasn't launched until 2017.

I once worked for someone with an explosive temper who could be very verbally abusive. Being someone who normally doesn’t shrink from confrontation, I absolutely found myself fading into the woodwork to avoid him when he was in a bad mood. That’s why AH’s claims fall flat for me. If she were being viciously abused as she claims, I seriously doubt that she would have been taunting JD the way she did in those recordings.

The differrence is you only worked with that kind of person, and Amber was married to one, meaning she wanted to have a functional relationship where her needs were met , too. So, it is not comparable situations of victimhood nor motives. You wanted to avoid as much as possible, she wanted to fix him, if one is to believe her case. I really don't think it is right to stereotype victims into how they should behave. If someone attacked me I would push back. Others would run. We are different in fight or flight situations. Thats why it is called fight or flight.

My mom and my sister were both victims of domestic violence and they never looked like Amber Heard's photos. They had bruises all over, black eyes, bleeding in the eyes, hair yanked out ect. If Amber Heard was violated the way she testified, she would look like Rhianna or Christine Mackinday.
Amber Heard had access to doctors, nurses and bodyguards 24/7 and it doesn't matter who's paying their salary. They are obligated to report domestic and sexual violence. If Amber and Johnny wanted to settle their dispute in privacy or not press charges, it's their right, but LE would initially have been involved, if Ambers story were true.
Amber also talks about a fight on a private chartered flight, where Johnny allegedly kicked her in the back and threw things at her. The security team would have restrained him and the pilot would have asked for permission to an emergency landing at the nearest airport. Neither the pilot or the security team would gamble with the lives of everyone on board that flight.
Amber didn't seek medical attention and didn't document all her "injuries" like she documented Johnny's drunken sleep. She clearly knew how to snap a picture...
BTW; Would a drunk and stoned Johnny remove all his chunky rings before having a go on Amber? NO WAY!

She was 100% the ABUSER! It's in every single word she says, in her every look glaring him down from the stand. & Daring him to look her in the eye. Or maybe you are 1 of her minions. But what actually happened is Depp covered for HER bc he didn't want her to get in trouble. She's admitted in her own voice on her own that SHE cut off his finger on Australia. There's so much evidence showing she's the abusive one, & absolutely NOTHING showing him as abusive. Also, aside from the ppl paid to do Johnny's bidding as you claim, she was working on a movie after being horrifically violated w\a bottle as well as choked, slammed against every hard object in the world & dragged over dozens of broken glass bottles naked, where all her body is shredded. That was HER description. Yet it was what the next day or the day after that we have video evidence of her dancing without ONE SINGLE INJURY on her body. & We can see a LOT of it. Specifically her uninjured feet!

      I agree with this.
Once a person has been shown to have lied (or embellished) on multiple subject/events, I cannot in good conscience believe anything else they say, unless there is absolute proof.
I had the same reaction to Meghan Markle. Once you notice that a lot of her stories are either lies, exaggerations or that tbey make no logical sense, I cannot understand continuing to believe her.
I feel like there is this whole wave now where anyone can say anything or accuse anyone of something and the burden of proof falls on the accusee. The accuser gets believed without evidence and the accusee needs to proof that the accuser is lying. It should be the other way around.
God forbid I, as a third party, ask the accusee for any proof of statements made so I can made an informed decision on if a story is crecible, because that is apparently not the done thing anymore and people will verbally attack you online for doing so.
The more accusers getting shown to be liars the more it actually impacts the real victims. Because of liars looking for attention or power the real victims suffer from public doubt when they accuse.
These people make a mockery of someone else's real trauma and experiences to get attention or power and I find it very disrespectful and indecent.

I've been following multiple channels on the AH trial. From what I hear, JD's attorney was happy about the Kate Moss issue because past relationships abuse was excluded per the prosecution's request. AH bringing up Kate Moss allows Johnny's team to bring up the Tasha incidednt and AH getting arresting for DV.

It’s also being put about that KM was purposely mentioned so AH can bring in one of JD’s EX’s to testify against him. AH has already played down her DV arrest by lying about it in the UK trial. Although she shouldn’t get away with it in this trial .

My problem with her testimony is there any medical evidence. If he beat the crap out of her that many times there would be a lot of medical evidence. 40 years ago I was in abusive relationship. In one year I had to go to the emergency room six times. I had to have glass picked out of my skin. My nose was broken. The way she describes the violence there should’ve been some cracked ribs I know that’s what I experienced. If your nose was broken do you know when your nose is broken trust me. When you’re being backhanded and throwing around things break whether it’s a big toe or a finger something breaks. And you need medical attention. I don’t believe her I hate saying that but I don’t believe her. I’m not a fan of him he screwed up. I just don’t want to see when a woman comes forward then I believe because of this person lying it really breaks my heart. When I went to court 40 years ago things were quite different. I showed up with a broken arm choke marks around my neck and the judge asked me if I really wanted to break up my family over this. We’ve come a long way and I don’t wanna see this woman push us backI’ve never talked about any of this in public only in therapy. I work in an ER…I have seen so many totally destabilize people with BPD and I find most often they either dispute the diagnosis outright or they dismiss any misbehaviour and blame it on the BPD. That because they have BPD they are allowed to act the fool and OTHER people need to accommodate them. They treat it as disability.
They are usually mostly being brought in for violence against 3rd parties and try to justify it or threats of suicide trying to manipulate partners into doing what they want. Generally to not leave.
It’s a difficult diagnosis…and it’s good to hear that there are people that are putting in the work. Sometimes seeing only the worst I get disheartened.

She also shared it and added a little commentary before posting.
She endorsed it. If she didn't she's had years to correct the false impressions herself she chose not to. Everything was with her consent. If she had her way she would have added more specific and direct allegations. The OPED basically summarised all the allegations she's currently making in court.
The door being opened may also have to do with the fact that Amber hired a renowed private investigator to dig up any past issues dealing with JD assualting a woman. He went back years before they even met and nothing came back. He instead found people who had issues with Amber's behaviour.
Aside from asking her about her past domestic abuse arrest she may also need to answer about the findings of the private investigator. It will definitely be damaging to her when someone she paid couldn't find anything she needed to use to strengthen her case. She on the other hand has

Emily, found your channel very recently and I find you to be helpful to those of us who lack legal expertise. I am a Clinical Counselor Supervisor with over 30 years of experience, most with personality disorders (among other diagnosis) and I found your statements about never seeing someone break down and recover so fast etc… fascinating because in the mental health world, I see all these behaviors daily. Dr. Curry is spot on! I educate people with personality disorder traits so they can see them for themselves and then teach them skills to help them get their lives under control. Those who want to get better do and those who do not want this, stay the same. Chaotic lives of this nature are indescribably miserable for everyone involved. Thanks for helping others understand the legal system and the chaos that is this trial!

Hey Emily, have a few questions regarding this case that I'd appreciate if you could answer:
How would you approach the Amica/Arnica snafu if you were Elaine while on direct with AH? Will she be able to correct/approach it while still maintaining some semblance of credibility?
How would you approach the big promise they made about having AH testify to how she used makeup/mixed colors etc to hide bruises? What if any rebuttal/cross to this is possible for JD's team? (Would they be able to bring in a make-up specialist)?
Can lawyers ask AH if she is currently under the influence of any medications/drugs that can affect her testimony/behavior while on the stand? Would this be a wise/appropriate line of questioning if allowed?
When can we expect to hear the court's opinion on the motion for sanctions regarding metadata? Shouldn't her lawyers have filed a response by now? Still haven't seen a response to the motion from her team or an order from the judge in the public records yet.

Not Emily lol but can give my 2 cents.
Elaine called Amber to the stand as”Laura Amber Heard” and called her own witness Dr. Hughes by Johnny Depps witnesses name “Dr. Curry”….. twice! She’s got bigger fish to fry than arnica cream lol!
Makeup fiasco - they have enough time go get business records for the release of the palette from Milani and pull them into this trial. Would say you said you used THIS palette - but how did you do that if it didn’t exist?
No they wouldn’t ask her if she’s under the influence on the stand. If they actually thought she was visibly impaired, it would be a side bar.
The motion for sanctions is against amber Heard for not handing over evidence in discovery - Not metadata specifically. Emily mentioned it will be more than likely be brought up to the jury’s as a jury instruction when they go to deliberate - that Amber Heard failed to hand over evidence that could irrevocably hurt Johnnys case. It’s too late for them to hand the evidence over now.

@@jeanellephant Hey thank you for taking the time to answer my questions and sharing your thoughts!!
I agree Elaine has definitely lost her credibility with the jury in my opinion given the various flubs, sighs, arguing with the judge about objections etc.
In regards to makeup I wasn't sure if it mattered that it wasn't AH who mentioned it but rather Elaine in opening statements and as such AH can just testify no it wasn't me who said that. Or continue with the spin her PR team is trying to propogate in MSM about it only being a "demonstrative" to represent "something similar" even though she said it was this exact one.... smh
In regards to the sidebar if they thought she was impaired, is that to prevent tainting the jury or having a mistrial etc?
Ahhh thank you for the clarification!! I had heard that too but was wondering why the judge hasn't made a ruling yet given how important that could be or why AHs team hasn't filed a response to their motion either. Is this a typical thing to leave issues until they are forced to deal with them?
Once again thank you for taking the time to answer and share your thoughts!!

Listening to her telling these "stories," is mindboggling and highly disturbing. If she had been assaulted in the manner in which she claims, she would have needed medical attention. She has been widely photographed, not only by the paparazzi but by herself. She can not claim that makeup covers all of these bruises and swelling. It's not at all possible. We can only hope that the jury sees through all of this nonsense or Mr. Depp's team brings that home in cross and/or closing

Amber said she slid on the "parakeet" floor...if she read that word, she might mis-pronounce it, but if she used the work that she knew on her own, she would have known it was a "par-kay" (parquet) floor.

As a person of past DV I felt very uneasy about AH testimony. Any DV survivor, there recollection of events never changes. they remember every detail. AH was all over the place & her reactions to events was difficult for me to believe. How could she have been beaten so bad as she said she was but the next to a couple days after she miraculously healed. nobody seen not 1 bruise, cut or swollen anything. let's not forget her shredded feet being cut with broken glass. Do u know how difficult it would have been for AH to walk let alone stand. I'm upset that she would say such things but say these things about a man who I feel didn't do what she has claimed.

Exactly! It's the bottle sa part for me. I have given birth, but if I were to violently experience the business end of that big old bottle like she said she did, I'd need medical attention and perineum stitches.

And to have no medical records of a doctor or nurse helping remove glass from the bottom of her feet afterwards, is she seriously expecting us to believe she managed to do a good enough job of that herself.

@@emmao6578 Incredibly Average has an audio on his channel from the night in Australia. You can hear the security, medical team, and house manager trying to assess what happened and how to fix it with her in the background saying she's sorry and that she doesn't want to leave because he'll never forgive her and it will be the end of the relationship. They discussed how hysterical she was and how they could calm her down so they could be free to find the finger and clean up the mess. The doctor told the nurse to give her a moderate dose of seroquel. He never said clean her wounds, didn't prescribe anything for pain or even a bandaid. No one in that whole audio, not even Amber, mentions anything about any injuries on her except a member of his security who, I think, said she a had a couple of surface scratches on her arm. You should hear that audio.
