Otherwise it takes more than half an hour for soaking. Cook it in the boiling water for 7 minutes 30 secs or 8 minutes without soaking. And then remove the water from the dangmyeon... This way is easier and faster to cook the Japchae. :)

아 진짜 맛있겠다..저 잡채 진짜 좋아하거든요ㅠㅠ이번에 설때 가족끼리 만들어 먹을거에요~!저희는 가족끼리만 보내거든요 계란 지단을 마지막에 넣으니 이쁘네요 매번 같이 넣어서 섞으니까 지저분했는데ㅠㅠ표고버섯도 넣으니 진짜 맛있겟어요ㅠㅜ매번 느타리만 넣었는데ㅠㅠ
