idk how i ended up here in this video with 3 watches and no comment but i am glad i did, i am aware of most of the things you very mindfully explained in the video but when it comes to actually perform them irl, i fail so bad. i feel like i can't control my mind and it just never shuts up about past or future. i am never in present and this affects my mental health so bad in a way that i can't feel truly happy or peaceful. i believe to achieve this peace of mind, one needs to meditate as you suggested. now if you excuse me sir, i will search through your channel and find that video about meditation and hopefully start meditate already 🤞🍀 thank you, i hope you can reach and help to more people. ps: i agreed so bad when u said multitasking is not real:D well said. 5:21
