This is one of the best podcasts I’ve ever heard on this topic. I usually lose focus after 20 minutes but I watched all 2.5 hours 🤙👀
Been following Isaiah for a few years now and his jumping ability and level have dunks continue to amaze and “skyrocket” literally making him in my opinion the best dunker in the world!

1:13:0 this isn't the primary reason why Keith Barr recommends it. I may slightly misrepresent it but he found that athletes that lifted would keep their tendon stiffness if they took vitamin c and collagen preworkout. The ones who didn't became less elastic.

@@gazda9830 well, it’s pretty lame. Scores are too high, running back and forth just to put a ball in a basket. Dunks aren’t really impressive when everyone is so tall already. Just overall extremely boring and with all the technology today, I’m surprised basketball is even a thing nowadays.
