I bought the 4cylinder because I was not going to pay $1, much less $5,000, over for the 6 cylinder. I’ve put 25k miles on it as my daily driver. Let me tell you that the 2.0 has more power than can safely be used on ANY public street. 3.0 makes more sense if you are looking to compete on a track. The car is my perfect daily driver (no small kids) handles better than the 3.0 and is 200lbs lighter. It’s a front mid engine design so it’s balanced better than the 3.0. Just saying that the 2.0 is a great and satisfying car if you live in the real world. If you live and die by 0-60times, get yourself any number of electric family cars.
My RAV 4, ORDERED JUNE 2022 and PRODUCED ON OCTOBER 2022 IN JAPAN (AICHI PROVINCE) JUST ARRIVED on the dealership and I am going to take her next month 😊
Great review and run through of the 4 cylinder version. I love the supra but for a " performance" 4 cylinder it's really some disappointing hp numbers to be honest... I would have to go GR Corolla ( if you can find one!) or maybe even GR86 ( again if you can find one) for a 4 cylinder. The 6 Cylinder is for the supra, Matching the looks w/ the performance.
the 4 cylinder supra is worlds faster than the gr86 and even faster than the corolla. Bmw obviously lied about 255hp but hey do what you feel comfortable with
@@TogaTig You don't know anytime driving. You're drunk on numbers and 0 to 60s...any TRUE driver will tell you the 2.0 is a better built car for real drivers...not drag babies.
Jeff, when the redesigned Prius Hybrid is available for sale will you do a drive test and review of it? I can't decide if I want the new Prius Hybrid or when the Camry Hybrid XLE is redesigned (Probably in 2024).
Hi Jeff, Thanks for review. I'd like a 4 cylinder:). With all these press cars you review who's driving your Venza? Would you be able to do another do Bachelorette type of video? That one you did was a classic:)
Hi Jeff, i am in the market to buy a 2023 4 cylinder Supra base white for $43k out the door including tax and license. Can you let me know please if your dealership has incentives to make this deal happen. Thank you brother.
@@realitycheck469 it is reliable agree there but there’s one specific part that break the car down, it’s not from Toyota or BMW. I’ve researched the car for all most a year. The 3.0 is solid. The 2.0 is fine. I plan on getting one once they launch a Final edition model 3.0.
Your 2011 Avalon has 268HP and gets 23MPG combined. My 2011 Prius has 98HP and gets 50MPG combined. Sorry, these are the facts. You’ve been reality checked buddy.
@@realitycheck469 my Avalon has a little button that tells you how much I get per gallon, it pretty consistently sits at 47-50. Maybe if you got your numbers from somewhere that wasn’t the internet Mr reality checker.
Generally you are correct about BMW engines. However, the ones used in the Supra are very reliable. Just look at the Consumer Reports reviews for the BMWs that use the same engine and transmission.

I see you are up to 134,000+ subscribers Jeff. Yay!!
Thanks Dan I’m so grateful :)
Yes, I would consider a 4 cylinder over the 6 cylinder for better gas mileage. Thanks Jeff.
6 gets over 30mpg.

It has 300lbs of tq. Way more power than the slow and unreliable 86. And who tf wants a corolla when you can have a soup ruh. Smh
Trust me ! The 3.0 is worth it ! If your going to get a Supra get the real deal !
Well it's your real deal but not mine
Agreed, the 2.0 is poverty spec

@@Truth_hurts1 I was being really generous actually, the Supra entirely is a poverty car 3.0 or 2.0

Jeff, Just don't 'lose control' when you are behind the wheel of this high performance machine.
