- I dusted off my Instant Pot to prepare a new meal (new for me) in preparation for my 4 day trip that starts tomorrow. I still want that air fryer Instant Pot, LOL, but I'm making use of the one I have.

That was a super easy pork loin roast. Here's an unsolicited tip: when finishing the gravy (or anything else really) kill the heat and add a knob of butter. The sauce will become shiny and the flavor ... 😙
Hi Steven👋 The person that told you to get rid of your cats CLEARLY doesn't get it. Too bad for them. I'm so happy my husband is an animal lover too. For years we only had 1 cat, but sometimes strays come your way and it was meant to be. You know how that can happen 😻

Proud of you! Steven, my friend, I am 50 and I am the same way! I do not cook a whole lot, but I think, think, if you add in a little flour to the gravy, it will thicken it up a little, do not quote me. It looked really delicious!

Hello, I too am allergic to cats, however the love we have for them is all worth the suffering. This has giving me a craving for pork loin. Delicious thank YOUUUU for this.

I totally understand. I found out I was allergic via a trip to the ER. Woke up in the middle of the night, unable to breathe. Definitely no fun.

Good Job!!! Go to your doctor, you can get monthly injections for your allergies to the cats. I work in an Animal Hospital and many co-workers do monthly injections to keep the jobs they love 🐾🐾🐾

Hey, Steven: Sorry I can't seem to find these vlogs in order or watch the the day they come out. We are also planning to be in Vegas in May to go on ___ airline. And we were wondering if either then or when we go in July we may have the pleasure of your company for lunch? If you are home and are up to it we can coordinate later! P.S. I have seen a blanket for the homeless wheelchair dude you mentioned that I thought of getting because it folds up and has a hook but it is pink and I would not want anyone to be bullied because of that. Share your thoughts if you have them. There is another that folds up into a pillow and is more neutral but cannot hook to anything. I will get which ever one is best and send i to you this week.
