    I’m perimenopausal, and have given up chicken in the last year. Do you think I will get enough protein from fish , prawns and legumes?

      Yes, you may still get enough proteins daily from those. You can also add eggs, cottage cheese and yogurt if you would like.

    Is Barre a good workout during menopause? I have limited time, so I'm wondering if I should forego my Barre classes and try to start weight training.

      Hey gorgeous, if your goal is to lose fat and you're pressed for time, I would suggest you forego the Barre Classes and hit the weights.
