Why is it that every Warhammer 4000 game has a different developer/publisher? I've never played them but I check 5-6 on steam and each had a different developer and publisher. Recently at least.
Warhammer is a nerdy tabletop game. So many developers would love to make a game in the universe and Games workshop is happy to rent the license to make games about the universe.
