How fast do you think you get? I have the same boat with a 9.9 but want a 25

Hi Pedro, on my gps and fishfinder I get 42km/h by myself. When I have my wife and I in the boat I can do 35 km/h. My boat is heavy too with the console and the floors and of coarse the heavier motor.

Have you had any problems with rust with the saltwater?

Not at all. I flush mine for at least 10 15 minutes
