    No biscuits
    No fruit juices
    No fried foods, only occasion ly hommade
    No sauces, mayonnaise etc etc, preservation
    No Artificial sweeteners.

      Anything homemade depending on your son's liking, poha, upma, cheela, pancakes, makhana, chana.

    Take prebiotics regularly...n consume foods that support healthy gut biome like easily digestible veggies. Eat small portions but take meals at regular intervals. Ur gut health will improve over time.
    U can also consult ur doctor about L glitamine sachets which help in mending gut lining . Carrot juice also helps gut health.

    Very useful info. I have 2 questions:
    1. Artificial Sweetener: is Stevia and or Monk Fruit Sweetener harmful like others? I like to make home made desserts sometimes and I use Stevia or Khand Sugar.
    2. What test can I take to know if my Gut is working well?
    Would be great if you can find the time to respond. Thanks !

      1. Both stevia and monk fruit sweetener are artificial sweeteners, and are none is better than the other in this category
      2. There is no test as such other than the common tell-tale signs and symptoms. In severe cases, doctors go for endoscopy and colonoscopy.

      Atiny amount in tea or coffee is ok but huge amounts in desserts,cakes is poison.

    Again you just cannot generalise., fruit juices even without fiber are good for sportsman and athletes.

      @@scimplify7137how to make a fussy eating child get nutrition only drinks orange juice as a drink together with water only. Only buy real orange juice not from concentrate.

    I am 26 year old I had ileal tuberculosis before 3 year and I had taken 1 year antibiotics . And after complet my treatment my gut is so upside not increase my wet and in one year time I have caused by another deseas ulcerative colitis inflammation . And The good bacteria in my gut are also not growing. I also have trouble eating fiber due to inflammation. Gastric occurs and there is a burning sensation. How do I reset my gut, how do I heal myself after eating too much fiber? I am still 26 years old, how will my life be? You put this point of mine in any episode and they answer it, I watch every episode of yours completely.
