Take prebiotics regularly...n consume foods that support healthy gut biome like easily digestible veggies. Eat small portions but take meals at regular intervals. 1. Both stevia and monk fruit sweetener are artificial sweeteners, and are none is better than the other in this category 2. There is no test as such other than the common tell-tale signs and symptoms. In severe cases, doctors go for endoscopy and colonoscopy.

I am 26 year old I had ileal tuberculosis before 3 year and I had taken 1 year antibiotics .
