Thank you! I got all of these pieces for my Whirlpool based on another video, but no one really walks through how to get the existing stuff off. You're a rockstar! ⭐

Hey thanks a million! Have the same washer, ordered the same part, and followed your video. So helpful. I don’t think I could have figured out this tinker-toy from hell otherwise.

You're a lifesaver. Looked all over parts sites and saw only stainless parts not the same for my model. Amazon it was the 1st part listed.

Thank you!!! This video was a big help on the roller part replacement. I'm not sure what we would have done without your video. Lots of gratitude🙏 for the video.

Thanks so much for this video - Very easy to follow and helps to have details that the average person would want. Our dishwasher upper rack had been falling off on a nearly daily basis and I finally bought replacement parts online (for about $30 on Amazon). Took me about 15 min to replace everything and now it works perfectly! So pleased!

Thank-you! I've had to replace the same part (same side) several times. It's pretty easy but what gets me every time is putting the little clips back on the end of the metal arms. They are really easy if you know how, but a pain if not. Describing just dropping them in from the top was very helpful.

Thank you so much for the video. The first one I found and its for my dishwasher. I ordered the wrong kit the first time (got the wrong wheels) but that kit came with some of the extra parts (the 2 clip things) that the correct kit didn’t come with. You’ve saved me $$ and I’m proud I was able to do it!

Thank you for sharing your install. Have the same dishwasher, had the same issue, ordered the same parts from Amazon. Watched the video several times before and during my repair. Video help a great deal.

Yaayyyyyy, you did such a great job, I was able to easily follow along and for $21 in Amazon parts saved us $$$$ in not having to replace an otherwise working dishwasher. Thank you!!

on of the best how-to videos I have watched because you showed things can and always do go a little wrong (for me) and how to rebound. 5 stars for you and I subscribed.

My wife says the top rack one side dropped full of thanksgiving dishes.
She had used the sanitizer option so guessing the heat weakened the cheap plastic retainer clips .
Thanks for showing me what to do !

Thanks so much! I somehow fixed the one side a few months ago and have no idea how I did it. The pack of 2 I bought from Amazon last time, I only used the right side. Instead of replacing them both at the same time (like car headlights) I didn’t. Then the left one broke. I put the left one in which a great place to remember, I don’t and had to buy a whole other set lol. But now they’re both fixed. And I even kept a leftover piece because it looked important. When I watched your video, I found where it went and viola. Should be good to go for a while! If I could only remember where I put the other piece. 🤦🏻‍♀️
    Thank you, again!

Thanks a ton on posting this. I have the same dishwasher and ordered the a similar part from Amazon only difference is mine had the smaller parts as well. Easy install. Extra thanks for showing how the end stops went back because of course I didn't pay any attention when removing them.
