This is why I pay a little extra to get. my parts from APP. Because they have the best installation videos out there and customer service is second to none! I've fixed my dishwasher, fridge, washer and dryer using your parts and with this particular guys videos. He explains and demonstrates every step.....you've literally saved me at least a couple thousand in repairs! Several repair men told me to buy a "new one".....thank you appliance parts pros!!!

Fantastic video!!!! Easy step by step fix, took me maybe 20 minutes. Thanks. There was literally no instructions and I wouldn't have never figured it out.

The video made all the difference! Replacement part installed successfully! The only thing I didn't do as shown in the video was wear gloves, which I paid the price for when the flat head screwdriver took a layer of skin off my finger when one of the old part's clips needed extra force then popped off unexpectedly. Don't be like me! Still happy with the replacement install, though!

I think I bought the wrong kit, but it fit my basket and tray rails regardless. I am impressed with how much stronger your roller assembly is compared to the original design.

Our parts are OEM parts from the manufacturer. They may have done a design change to that part to make it stronger. If there is anything we can help you with in the future please let us know.

I got stuck at step one! When the brittle plastic mounting tines for the white roller broke, one tine fell out where I could see it but the other got jammed in the rear roller. That jammed it well enough that I had to start disassembly while the top rack was still in the dishwasher. Eventually I got enough slack where the other tine came loose. The rest was easy and the instructions really helped.
When I was looking for a replacement for the old parts, I spent too much time looking for exact part numbers (Kenmore W10350374 ADJ ARM, W10350375 ASSY); this new unit replaces the old ones. I am much happier with stainless steel instead of that brittle plastic.

Thank you for this instructional. This helped me to replace my rack. Unfortunately, (I must have been super tired when I ordered) this set does not come with the end caps 🤦🏽‍♀That error was on me. Well, since the shipping was superfast, I know I can have them in a couple of days.

Wish I’d known I’d need a torque 15 driver. You all could have sent me one with the new parts. The “gadget “ is a poor fit into the screws and is stripping the star away 😢

Thus was not a very clear video. He said to count back 2 spaces from the split in the top rack & then put the piece in the 3rd space not the second space. He also did not day to count from the back end of the rack. If that would have been clear I would have put the piece in the right spot the first time. Instead I put it in the int the wrong space. Then I realized I counted from the front, not the back. I am not someone with any experience in this type of thing, so more specific instructions would have saved me from putting the piece on twice wrong!
