Your right about the pens missing. 😂 just me and my grandchild and I can never find a pen, or scissors! Grrr try wearing a small apron with pen, marker,post its etc. In the front pockets. 😊❤❤❤❤
You could take the cracked or damaged items to the booth and have an area for "Make Offer" items. Some people use the damaged items for craft products or to put in their yard or garden because being outside they are going to end up getting damaged anyway. And it's better to use damaged items outside than to spend money on non-damages items if they are going to end up damaged anyway from being outside. And you get at least something for them. Just a thought.
Moving to a new house and having to pack up over 500 items last year gives me anxiety looking at all your inventory that has to be moved. And your stuff is so nice. I know you'll do it, it'll get done. Can't wait to see new space set up and beginnings of store!!

In your new place, you would have a shelving unit for your seasonal items. Have the items displayed on the shelf so you don't forget them. The fewer items in stored in boxes the better.
Those beautiful butterfly vases would look fantastic on a mantelpiece. At that height, you won't even need to hide the cracks with flowers.
I thought of something that I have seen that I think was very beautiful and clever. A broken bowl was glued and the glue (were the pieces edges met)was highlighted with a thin line of gold paint. It was really beautiful, and also highlighted the need of continuing to care and repurpose our things.

Bust time this time of year spring cleaning the local Yatch club I work at wonderful view of lower lake huron as washing walls and window ledges and baseboards Murphys olive soap on all the wood polish first wedding end of this month usually end of may lol ! My helper my twin is in Florida till the of April so on my own finding out how hard this is at 69 but we will get it done ! Work has been my purpose after my husband passed away over 4 years ago many great friends here ! So will keep going needed and still need a reason to get up everyday as no children married later in life for first time ! But married at this place such beautiful spot on the great Lakes lucky to have access to be here ! Any time if the day ! Will be able to rest at the beach this afternoon suppose to low 70s today and a good book ! Have wonderful day !

I never understood the discounted booths, whether it's 20%, 30% markdown. Merch is priced higher and when the discounted price is applied it's in all actuality not a bargain. We do a lot of antiquing and notice this all the time. I realize the seller wants to make money but the buyer wants a great deal as well.
I have that same royal haeger donkey in the same glaze color & really like it don't know if it came in any other colors but neat to see another one.

The antique mall I sell at also uses Ricochet for our labels. Each vendor will enter there store’s initials before the item description Wondering if you can do that as well rather than handwriting after they are printed
For hard water stains I use vinegar and baking soda, just let it sit a while.
The bong cleaner does really work. I was skeptical at first. 😊 it was a great investment.
Use different color post it for booth-easy to spot around the shop and only move it to mahe labels and pack.
